Room are spacious and clean Location is right next to metro breakfast is very delightful  Staff are friendly

Great as always, just need sort out the shower drainage which was blocked.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Pros: newly built. Right next to metro station and bus stop. There are many local eateries nearby.Nice room with pleasant and premium toiletries. Lots of little things that make the hotel and room feel premium and upscale. Cons: - constant banging noise at the front door of my room at night (midnight, 2am, 3am) and also beeping noise. My friends and i feel scared and couldn’t sleep well. When I tried to look outside thru the peep hole there’s actually no one at the door. When i tried to communicate the issue to the front staff they didnt take the matter seriously. They said they fixed it but the issue still persists the next evening. - bathroom design: drainage issue caused flooding. Shower room door knob unable to push open after had a shower. Had to call someone to open from outside everytime i took shower.

Really good service. It’s quite a new hotel so everything seems nice and fresh. Definitely recommend. You can send your taobao packages to the hotel as well, if you like going on online shopping sprees like I do haha. Would definitely recommend. Close to the train station as well.

Mrt exit is only 20m away. Minimart is across the street. Breakfast variety includes bread, noodles, cooked Asian food, latte coffee, Chinese soup and desert Washing self room is well equip with detergent and softener. Didn’t try the gym. Hotel room is very new. Shower pressure is good. Sound proof. Aircon control working well.

Good location and the staff Ms Wang and Ms Song has help a lot during the stay.
