I stayed here for 9 nights and had a great experience. The owner was very nice and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist whenever needed. The place was comfortable and convenient — really made me feel at home. Highly recommended!

The place was clean and comfortable for our family of four, with the subway and a shopping mall right there. The host was super kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai

Lovely service from uncle!! So sweet and very prompt. Was also nice enough to gift us a magnet for memory. I agree with the reviews, the room is a little small for a family of 3 but perfect for us. Very good location right next to metro and good food options nearby as its situated over a mall. Nice view of shanghai skyline (bund) as well! Would reccomend for a good budget stay. Would stay here again for sure just because of the great service.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place is comfy, in a nice area close to the metro, city center, and tourist spots. Super easy access to a mall with lots of food options. Auntie is so kind and helpful, really made us feel at home. Definitely coming back and would recommend to others!

Very strategic location, easily accesible via Anshan Xinchun Station Exit 4 (less than 100 metre walk from station). Host is super responsive, arrival at 1:30am but she is so considerate , helped us settled down, friendly n pleasant soul, and super helpful:) Gave us tips on how to get from one check point to another. Convenient stores, eateries (hot pot） , cinema etc at CIFI Mall just below our unit， and along main road, can find a lot of commercial shops for those shopping enthusiats

Stayed with my parents. The room was good even though it was not near tourist attractions, but we could travel by MRT which was not far away. From the basement of the mall where there were shops, supermarkets, chagee, kfc and others, the room was fully equipped to meet basic needs. Before leaving, the owner also gave us a gift. We may have communicated through a language translator but it was not a problem. There may have been some cigarette smell from outside but it seemed to be normal in China. We were satisfied with our stay.
