Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Amara. John Liu of concierge was extremely helpful as well! And also Mara! So grateful for them! Super clean hotel and nice breakfast!

其實房間問題不是很大，剛開始前台給升級了房間，但那個房間太潮濕了，很背光，床很潮，跟前台説了情況她們馬上給換到了對面的房間。西北面的房間很潮，但面積比較大，東南面的陽光充足，但面積想對較小，床很舒服，很大，感覺有兩米二。隔音很好，雖然挨着大馬路但一點噪音也沒有。門口的禮賓也很熱情，積極幫忙搬東西。感覺這個酒店住下來更適合商務出差，有很多過來參加展會的人住這裏，還有很多航空公司的員工來這裏休息，所以外國人比較多。

Extended again our stay at the Amara hotel. One of the best outdoor pools in Shanghai. Highly recommended!

The Amara was an amazing experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Soft beds and even softer towels. Even the shampoo felt luxurious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was the perfect place to be in the Shanghai heat.
