My worst experience ever ! The elevator is broken down for more than a week and there were no hot water for shower too, and when you call the front desk, they just replied it is broken down without any of apologizes or so. If you dont speak chinese, then it will be a nightmare, no helpful at all.

The staff helped with all our requests and they kept our luggage for free when we needed it. Unfortunately it's very hard to communicate in English, but they were willing to try. Room cleanliness can be improved a lot but it's acceptable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very good as well. There was a kettle with free tea, coffee and water! There was no window in the room and this made the air a bit heavy in the morning.

It is a typical city hotel, not bad for the price. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo and soap. It is very close to Global Harbor shopping mall where there are tons of places for dining, coffee and shopping. Close to metro to go anywhere in the city.

Near ECNU putuo, only 5 min walk. Near global harbour plaza and mrt station. Many food around there.
