我在廣東，天津，上海都住過喆啡，這是體驗最差的一次。非常吵，有頻繁奇怪的噪聲，服務員説是送餐機器人，我到退房時發現是電梯的噪聲，是一種頻繁的撞擊聲。第一天入住前台説衹留了離電梯最近的一間房給我，可能有點吵，説第二天可以換個房間給我，我沒想到這麼吵影響睡眠。我打了電話到前台反饋噪聲，對方説不可能，我還給噪聲錄了音。對方説讓工作人員到房間看看，但並沒有去。我去了前台，問什麼時候去看我房間的噪聲問題，對方説晚一點。第二天早上我想換房間，服務員説沒有，可明明前台有人在退房。我出門後直到晚上回來，也沒人給我換房，也沒個答覆。第二晚更吵了，除了第一天的噪聲，還有窗外隔壁樓的麻將聲，因為窗户是關不緊的，所以隔音很差。以後不會再住這個酒店。
