It is such a wonderful hotel for skiing getaways in Shanghai. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Personnel at reception and concierge are friendly and make us feel home. We want to try the biggest indoor-ski in the world. And this hotel has made the experience unforgettable and special for all of us. We will definitely stay here again when visit snow world or the attractions in this area.

很喜歡這裏的北歐風格 暖爐給人的温馨感覺 玩好雪泡浴缸就是特別享受 非常適合帶小朋友過來玩 早上吃的也都相當豐富 唯一就是酒店的網絡不是很好

酒店房間舒適，即使飛機飛過也基本不會影響睡眠。服務管家特別貼心，提前一天會溝通個人需求，入住當天已經在房間中安排好，好評^_^
我們的套餐是含娛雪項目，也會貼心告知注意事項。特別提及一下早餐牛奶，奶味濃郁～家人非常喜歡！

首先洲至奢選是上海滑雪酒店的天花板，沒有之一哦
其次他們家的地理位置真的好，特別是雪境客房，從房間就能進雪場，太便利了！
最後講講他們家服務，那真是細緻入微，因為我們是第二次入住，滑雪禮賓部的vera都記得我們第一次租用雪具的尺寸，並且早早的就放到我們的房間裏了。把我們入住的體驗感拉滿👍

因為自己的原因，房間時間搞錯了，然後呢前一晚跟前台協商，不是很愉快，然後是攜程上訂的，跟攜程説起這個事情，酒店沒有任何回饋，週四晚上入住，跟前台再次説起，溝通問題，然後再次來解決，那這個時間節點未免也拖得太久了，入住期間，房間裏去滑雪場都可以的，很方便，雪具都很新，房間的沙發挺舒服的，禮賓部挺好的，把東西全部安排到車裡，還送了兩盒小糕點

帶孩子過來滑雪，訂了這家酒店，入住前酒店管家就電話詢問入住要求，得知我們生日，就提前佈置好温馨的房間，並準備了蛋糕。酒店很適合來滑雪的朋友，我們訂的是帶滑雪的套餐，滑雪出行還可以用行政廊休息。酒店的設施很新，智能馬桶，戴森吹風機，酒店服務不錯，能滿足客人的需求。下車有人開門拿行李。早餐選擇蠻多的。挺滿意的一次入住體驗。
