從門僮小哥到前台員工，每一個都在第一時間熱情有禮地協助我們辦理入住，這個素質真的是太棒了！
酒店內的設計也處處是風景，就是比較容易迷路🤣
最滿意的還是酒店的細節：
1、負責客房清潔和人員發現我在房間的眼鏡後給我配了一次性的眼鏡清潔布
2、在床頭的數據線也會貼心地幫我用數據整理線收納好
3、梳粧台的護膚品也會幫我們整齊擺放好
4、適逢端午節還給我們準備了粽子禮盒，包裝精緻不説，居然還是八個不同的口味，真的非常用心！
藉此感謝酒店的各位員工小哥哥小姐姐！下次來上海還要住這！

環境：酒店的選址和裝修風格都是很不錯的，地理位置很方便，房間風格也很符合城市度假的理念，套房可以看到兩件套，視野比較開闊
設施：整體公區動線還是有不太合理的地方，門口不好找，以及餐飲區和住店客人沒有做到分流，回房間需要通過向外開放的茶室和餐飲區域，這一點感到比較嘈雜，
服務：服務態度確實彌補了不足，在入住之前管家Cameron會提前聯繫到店時間，入住期間也有一直在關心入住體驗，提出空調聲音較大，馬上就安排了工程同事解決，十分貼心，有給這次行程加分

早餐主要是點單，沒有驚喜。
訂的開放式城景房，面積很大，很多人反應的空高問題，這個房型説實話還好。但是！洗手池下水有問題，水流很慢，滴滴作響。向酒店反應後，工程部的來告知按照以往經驗不用就沒事🙂🙂🙂。我也不是事多的客人，拉倒不用。
服務嘛，有管家式服務，有問題也及時響應，正常水平。
酒店位置還是很方便，附近有張園、太古，離citywalk的幾條街也都很近。

This time we stayed at the newly opened Alila Shanghai, which is located in the core of Jing'an District and is separated from the century-old Shikumen building complex "Zhang Garden" by a wall, making it very convenient for walking around. It is within walking distance to the Nanjing West Road business district, combining historical charm with urban convenience.
Got an upgraded suite which was perfect for a family. The space is dominated by earth tones, with a mix of wood and rattan materials, and is equipped with a Smeg kettle, Geneva speakers, and AMOUAGE high-end toiletries. It offers 10 pillow options (including buckwheat pillows/anti-allergic pillows), sleep-aiding lavender spray, steam eye masks and meditation sets, and its light-blocking and sound-isolating effects have been well received.
The minibar is free (including customized Negroni 🍸), and the drinking water is packaged in cartons (NORDAQ brand); the "Giving Bag" program is implemented, which is also suitable for taking photos.
Weihai Wubai Chinese Restaurant specializes in modern Shanghai cuisine, which is very delicious and exquisite. The a la carte breakfast system reduces waste and children love it very much.
Secret Roof Bar, coffee during the day and wine at night, the terrace faces Zhang Garden and has a stunning night view of the Shanghai skyline.
The staff was serious and responsible throughout the whole process. It was a very good stay experience. I will choose here again in the future.
