Very good stay. In case you’re wondering the entrance is the right elevator and then 2nd floor. Can recommend for anyone looking for a standard hotel room!

Cons: a lack of professionality in general. Arrived at around 6pm for check in and was told one of our booked rooms was not cleaned yet. Got knocked on the door at 12am, asking me to sort out the payment (as trip.com booking fee was refunded and they forgot to request payment when we checked in). The ventilation made quite noticeable noise during sleeping time. The singing going on in the KTV next door was also audible during sleeping hours.
Pros: the staff members respond to questions and requests well. Short car rides to central locations.

This hotel offers a centric and affordable stay for a weekend in Shanghai. The staff was kind, helpful and spoke English. The rooms are an okay size if you’re just looking for a few days stay. I traveled with my partner and small luggage. The area is perfect to explore Jing’an but also walkable distance to West Nanjing Road among other great areas in Shanghai. FYI you must take the elevator to the second floor to get to the official hotel entrance.
