The room is very tidy and neat, with a decent view facing the city. Mina was very helpful and polite.

Good atmosphere and has what is needed. Room was clean and decent size, with usual complementaries. There is robot delivery service and quick check-in process. The lift situation is a bit confusing, as they did not specify the difference nor had anyone to support near the lift area. Be aware not all lifts can reach the guest rooms.

Spacious clean room without view facing close building the same just like last time, good half board meals compared with the room rate, great location closed to metro.

The front desk staff worked very slowly. I waited almost an hour for check-in to be completed. I couldn't even get into the room. I went for a walk and when I came back, I still had to check-in again.

Super nice and spacious room. Comfy big bed and there is a large sofa which would be perfect for kids sleeping arrangements. Nice and clean bathroom with standalone bathtub. Calm ambient lighting with cold air conditioning.

We came downtown Shenzhen from the suburb for the weekend. It was a great choice to take this hotel. My 4yrs son loved the children's pool next to that of adults. We had such a great time during the weekend. Lobby staff and room keeper are nice and friendly. They always tried their best to help us all the time. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the family with kids.

Highly recommended. 10 min drive to Luohu Station. Love the hotel room’s Contemporary decor, very comfortable stay, room a little small but with very cosy feel. Bathroom comes with nice bathtub, fits 2 persons! Full amenities provided. Will definitely choose this hotel for future stays.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in SZ. Extremely clean room, good size, beds very comfortable. Service is fantastic. Gym is great, has treadmill and dumbbells. The bath Tub is very nice after a long day, shower is good water pressure too. Breakfast is amazing, and convenient location! 10/10 would recommend!
