We checked in at 6pm on May 6th. We had a lot of luggage and a 10-month-old baby. There was no receptionist in the lobby. The front desk clerk greeted us indifferently, handed us the room card, and repeatedly said "Room 2310, 3rd floor, Building B. Go to the 5th floor and enter through the rooftop corridor."
