My daughter and I had two King rooms which were very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and easy to use. Reception staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with enough variety of dishes and good quality. The only things that bothered us were that we booked no smoking rooms but we could smell cigarette smoke in our rooms and they contained ashtrays. People also smoked in the lifts even though there are NO SMOKING signs everywhere. Secondly, there is no lobby bar or cafe bar and no restaurant within the hotel, and no fridge in the room. It was only a ten minute walk to visit really good restaurants serving traditional Sichuan food. The hotel provided us with a map of the best local restaurants. I would most likely stay here again in Lushan but be more insistent on a non-smoking room.

Not a bad hotel. Checking in was easy and simple. The location is convenient. The room was upgraded upon arrival. We had one little problem that the manager took care of, but everything else was great.

The front desk lady checked in quickly and gave me a room on a high floor. Breakfast was also provided. The room was clean and tidy. At night, she asked if I needed a steam eye mask to help me sleep. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Chengdu before. What impressed me most was that it was exclusive for tourist groups.
