It’s my third time at this hotel, I really like it. Staff very friendly and accommodation is very comfortable. I do recommend!

We were given a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a great surprise. Despite the bad weather in the city, the staff were very helpful – they checked whether the nearby park was open and if we’d be able to get there. Unfortunately, we couldn’t visit the park due to flooding, but I’d gladly come back and stay in the same hotel again. Breakfast was great – local and very tasty!

One of the best hotels that I stayed at in China. The location is right by a metro station and in a local area with several restaurants. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful whenever I needed something. The room was clean, spacious, and had good sound insulation. I will definitely stay here again!

internet connection was very good indeed but there isn't a fridge in the room. That's awkward and shouldn't be the case for a 4 star hotel. Also the breakfast is very basic. You can skip it. Staff was very polite and helpful. In general, I think that's a 3 star hotel!

Room was clean and location was good. Robot service is available at the hotel. The hotel staff will send a robot to deliver your takeout at your doorstep. I would like to shoutout to a front desk staff her name was 小洙. She was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is easy to get to by subway, which is a short walk away, making it easy to go anywhere in Shanghai. The room was big enough and most amenities were provided. Bed was comfortable.

Great location nearby metro line 7 (exit 5), and multiple food, cafes, bakeries, and convenience stores, including a nice shopping too, all within a 2 minute walk. The location benefits from being across from a nice residential compound so it’s not noisy at all at night. The hotel is modern with good amenities including communal laundry/dryer, microwave, and even a free massage chair in the lobby. My room was clean and modern, and it’s nice and quiet. There are different sized rooms and I was fortunate to get an upgrade to a larger room, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. Although they do not speak English they do have a phone translation app which works well. All-in-all I recommend this place.

Great service, robots bring food delivery to the room and a quick taxi ride to The Bund. Highly recommend!

Room is large and nicely decorated. Very clean and no smoke on my floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A mall and shops nearby. Very good value for money.

Stayed for 7 nights and am so glad I booked it here. Firstly, location was amazing. Not too touristy but gave an authentic feel in a bustling area, super well connected to everything. Secondly, the amenities were great, beds comfortable and the hotel had a very premium and clean feel. Finally, the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. A big example of this was room service - the lady was so friendly and one-time informed the front desk to let us know when our room was done (we were waiting downstairs). They also noticed we were thirsty people so they gave us extra water haha Thanks again.

Very nice accommodation with robots as part of their staff. We were so amazed! The size of the room was just perfect for me and my sister. Just a bit of a walking distance to the nearest train station.

We love the bed from the hotel, very comfortable, we can all sleep quite well. It locates near the metro station, which makes our city visit quite convenient. Breakfast is purely designed for chinese stomach though.

Stayed here and really enjoyed it! The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great — just a short walk to Changshou Road Metro Station and plenty of places to eat and explore. When I wanted to stay longer and my room was already booked, they upgraded me without hesitation, which was awesome. Definitely a place I’d stay at again!
