房間太差了。深夜十二點到酒店，房間隔音特別差，就和在ktv一樣。前台説沒房了，帶着耳塞吧。然後一點又打過來電話説有房子了。換了房子，大夜裡隔壁跟搬家一樣，繼續吵，凌晨房門不知道什麼聲音，間斷響，清晨外面廣播吵的沸沸揚揚。早餐也很差。定的高級大床，結果幾乎沒有窗户。太差勁的全季。

1.吃早餐時，煮麪的大叔，故意不給我餛飩，當時我點了餛飩在那裡站着等，他讓我回座位等，然後我回座位等，過了大概幾分鐘他喊説餛飩好了，我就過去想拿，但大叔不給我，剛好旁邊經過一位男士説要餛飩，大叔直接把餛飩給了那位，對我説是他先點的，然後再找我的那一份，又笑着説我的那一份好像沒有了，因此對於服務，一星都不想給
2.隔音很差，客房的樓上是個健身中心，啞鈴丟在地上產生很大的響聲和震動，從下午一直到晚上九點多才停，請問什麼酒店會讓健身房開在樓上，而且隔音那麼差？？
3.早上退了房之後想上洗手間問前台，前台説一樓有廁所，我在一樓等了很久沒人出來，我再去問前台，前台仍説衹有一樓有廁所可以上，到後來我才知道六樓洗衣房隔壁也有廁所，害我等了很久，耽誤事兒
