入住體驗十分不錯。酒店整體很有設計感，房間色彩搭配深得我心、面積雖然一般但是動線非常合理，最出彩的是公區設定也很有細節很見巧思，即便呆在酒店staycation也不會很無聊，半自助的早餐也不錯。最值得誇讚的是服務，已經很久沒有在城市酒店感受到所謂“服務”了，都是很流程化的“營業”，但前灘金普頓在這點上十分出彩，Thompson、Charles、Ada和Jasper有求必應而且熱情，讓我這次的假期選擇有很大的意外之喜。

因為蘇州金普頓 所以生日來這裏 這裏和那家風格不一 這裏摩登前衞高科技感 無邊泳池對着黃浦江畔 對面是離家不遠的西岸 房間用品及品質不錯 最為神奇的是伸縮式小桌台 升降式電視機和迷你吧枱 廚裏的瑜伽墊和每日5-6點免費的happy hour是喜歡金普頓的原因 生日送的巧克力小蛋糕也非常好吃 早餐不錯運營管理到位菜品精緻 9樓的泳池和酒吧可看黃浦江日落 特別美
可以繼續提升的是：1.這幾天可能滿房 5-6點在休閑室的happy hour管理可以加強 菜品酒類可以增多（可能如換到酒吧感覺更好）這點蘇州的很棒 2.房間裏的浴缸可以再加強清潔 因為黑色的關係 不容易看出有毛髮
另外再一提 因為帶着小孩 request比較多 在滿房狀態下 前台及housekeeping及餐飲部反應能力迅速 很快 所有的需求都立即被滿足 這點很不容易！
