海棠灣小院環境很好，地下室娛樂設施齊全非常適合家庭朋友出遊，不僅有茶室小庭院還有影視廳，效果音質都很棒，房子很新衞生乾淨，洗浴用品都有，住了一晚比真是家裡還舒服，性價比很高。小院地理位置很好，出門遊玩交通都十分方便，下次還會來住的！

週末帶孩子去臨港玩，三大三小入住了這家民宿，上下兩層，樓上三個房間都是大床房，外加兩間衞生間和開放性廚房，生活電器都齊全，房間兩個朝南一個朝北，朝南的房間空調不太給力整晚都很熱，朝北的空調相對好點；地下室是娛樂空間，空調很給力，有麻將桌、投影儀、沙發、搖椅、低齡幼兒的小滑梯等，還有一間沒有窗户的小童房自帶一張高低床，姐妹倆晚上就睡在這間房裡，房間邊上還有一個衞生間，另外還有陽光房可以晾曬衣物。整體大家都很滿意，房間打掃得很乾凈，看得出來小米空調都挺新的，但不知為何一樓比地下室熱好多，建議業主解決一下空調不製冷的問題，否則夏天還是有點熱的在樓上大家體感都不太舒適。另外值得説的是洗澡水很大，也方便叫外賣，小區對面就是商場，相對於酒店來説還是這種面積大的複式民宿更適合幾個家庭一起出遊。

非常不錯的入住體驗，家人們都很滿意！民宿的位置很好，對面就是港城新天地，那裡吃喝玩樂什麼都有，生活真是太方便了！房東服務很好，入住前還發了引導視頻很貼心。民宿很乾凈，我們入住2晚每個房間還提供了2套一次性面巾和浴巾。地下室的客廳很寬敞，有大沙發、大投影，還有自動麻將桌和一個茶吧！住了三天兩晚非常舒適，以後有機會還會再來！
