Beautiful light-filled home in Shanghai former French concession. I stayed for about a week and very much enjoyed the stay. The apartment was super clean and the location is perfect; just 3 minutes to the subway and heaps of restaurants, cafes etc when you step out of the house. Host was very responsive and provided excellent check in instructions. Will happily stay here again on next trip.

Fantastic location. Apartment is just 5 minutes walk to the West Nanjing Road subway and is surrounded by so many eateries, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is located in a beautiful heritage art-decor style building that a lot of charm, while the apartment itself is beautiful and clean, as per the photos. The place was easy to locate with the host's detailed check in guide. Had a very comfortable stay for the two weeks I was here and will definitely stay here again on my next biz trip!

在這家所謂民宿的住宿體驗，可以説獨一無二。先説結論：驚悚！時刻想逃離。從地點上看，所在小區就在恆隆廣場對面應該説十分中心，小區有些年代感了，總層高四層。住宿的房間，在小區的靠裡邊，開門的方式有些怪異，房間裏的陳設和設備更怪異，感覺是拍電影，房間的裝修和物件的陳舊程度，充滿了舊電影中拍鬼片的感覺。上海其他優秀歷史建築，雖陳舊，但清新而乾淨。而這家的陳列就兩個字，陳腐，空氣中瀰漫著淡淡的陳腐的味道。衞生間的設備也是，廚房的設備也是，廚房的門根本就關不上。房間面積較大，很好的加劇了這種疏離感。我是傍晚入住的，住進去以後就不想離開房間到外面去逛街。因為有種感覺，一旦離開這個房間就再也不會回來了，一切顯得陰森又可怕。非常適合想鍛鍊心理能力，看恐懼的遊客過去住住。還有就是房間衞生做的不夠乾淨，廚房裡茶葉的殘渣，沙發地板上些許毛毛的東西，房間牀頭櫃有前任客人落下的一些碎屑，衞生沒做清楚，所以雖然小，但是很突兀的擺在那裡。和房東反映後，她的態度十分友好，稍稍沖淡了這種恐懼感，但是可以確保地説，下回絕對不會入住這個民宿了，免費的也不入住，陰森森，太~~可怕了。至少我不是適合的人羣

房間大，出社區就是商圈
但是當初訂房是因為房間大地點離捷運站近，結果住宿前2天通知房間地點不是我原本選的地方，距離捷運站更遠，讓我們無法帶著行李去坐捷運到機場（太遠了）請要訂房的要注意‼️
房間客廳是有好的佈置，廚房乾淨
但是浴室不夠乾淨，淋浴間是一個小浴間，浴巾都脫線還給客人用，連我在家都不會用的浴巾，太沒誠意，房間外面環境不佳，晚上回來很暗，請注意
客廳沙發好坐，但是腳踏地毯太髒，
房間床墊偏硬

服務還是很熱情的，管家也比較好溝通。問題是設施太陳舊了，毛巾有異味，睡覺房間空調製冷很差！全靠電扇和客廳空調，實話實説不值這個價格。

民宿位置非常好，離地鐵口南京西路很近，出門歷史建築、大商場、美食多。按商家發來的指引視頻，找到小區和房間很容易。雖然在一樓，客氣流通沒有任何問題，房間有凈化器和紗窗，沒有小蟲和異味。有廚房和設施，如果做飯也方便。不足：房間清潔水平有待提高，特別是客廳地毯和沙發。還有老房子樓上不隔音。最強烈建議門鎖更換一下，實在是有點不結實。總體來説，家庭出行可以選擇。

離自然博物館和南京西路地鐵都很近，特別方便。上海老房子別有風味，房子雖舊但温馨舒適，設施很齊全，大讚洗烘一體洗衣機，好方便。附近各種吃飯也很方便，步行範圍內。下次來上海還會來住。
