Everything's very good. Very nice view from lobby. Breakfast good. Room clean and spacious. Very close to metro station line 9 and malls everywhere. Very nice place to stay and live.

The room is spacious and offers a great view. The lobby is located on the 38th floor. The room also includes a small refrigerator stocked with a complimentary drink. Daisy assisted with the check-in process, and the young lady at the front desk even gave us some small gifts. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and the location is very cost-effective.

Service is great, front desk staff can speak english that can very helpful for tourist. Breakfast is so so, not too much choice. The only one that not satisfied us is the bathroom. The floor is very slippery, water doesn’t drain properly into the floor drain, causing water to accumulate on the floor. Also, the shower doesn’t properly dispense hot water — when using hot water, the flow is weak. The cold water flows normally. Those are the only things I think need improvement

Millie and Selina were friendly and helpful during our stay when check-in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, new and colour theme is very soothing. Service staff auntie to our room was also very friendly and helpful to our service. Transport is very convenient and there are many malls and eateries around the hotel. It is a very nice hotel, we will stay again if we come back to Shanghai.
