蔡浜村的民宿，適合包棟團建。周邊大多數是農家樂風格，那裡裝修風格文藝範。適合朋友們聚會，工作team的團建。

本來挺開心的，到了以後才發現是，一家村子裏的房子，裝修了一下，晚上到的時候黑漆漆的一片，燈也沒有，以為走錯了地方，附近是一個人都沒有，打了好幾個電話等了好長時間沒人來，打電話溝通退房，不給退，商家宣傳圖和好評與實際情況嚴重不符，院子裏的鞋子，襪子亂丟亂放，房間裏有好多蟲子，蟑螂，床上也不乾淨有毛髮，廁所有異味，上面顯示有早餐，結果做不了，也不退錢，待了兩個小時身上不舒服，過敏，起了一身紅色疙瘩，直接收拾東西走了，大老遠開車70公里來玩，真的很失望。

裝修在附近算不錯的，三樓很適合一家入住，底樓可以唱歌、麻將、打牌、喝茶，阿姨很親切，帶我們找附件的參觀和咖啡館

實話實説住了這麼多次江浙滬附近的酒店和民宿，這家是我比較失望的，首先定的是app上的喜那套房，正常套房的理解應該是在一個房間裏有三個房間吧，結果這個就是分開的3個單獨的房間。app上也沒有明顯的標註説明這是三個單獨的房間，這個當時就令我挺失望的。
另外就是酒店浴巾是一次性的，理解民宿可能有比較多的侷限，但是這家是我第一次住到用一次性浴巾的地方。（當然有人喜歡有人不喜歡，個人還是覺得不值這個酒店的價格），其次這個民宿的隔音非常差，三樓有人下樓的話就像地震一樣。很可怕。
説到早餐，我也是第一次碰到早餐一份就是一份，連一個小包子都不可以加，不可以換的。也是很奇怪，我説我不吃紅薯那我換個包子吧，阿姨説不行的。小油條也是，如果你不説，阿姨也是不想給你。（這個小油條那麼貴嗎？）當然你要了，阿姨還是會給你的。衹是説實話真的對不起這個房價。
服務，沒啥服務可講，就是一個村裡的阿姨在。全靠自助。
再也不會來，也不會推薦任何朋友來
很少差評酒店，這可能是第一家我會評論的。

不知道是不是因為換了管家 雖然民宿的環境和裝修還是一樣 但是服務和體驗差了很多 管家把民宿交給村裡的阿姨看管 有客人來的時候阿姨來幫忙開門 阿姨普通話不是很好 溝通有點困難 晚上整棟房子就我們一間房有人還是有點嚇人的 另外就是換成了一次性毛巾和品質很差的洗浴用品 800-1000/晚的房間用一次性毛巾真的蠻難接受的 以前的管家還會幫忙提供投影 煮火鍋什麼的 一年過去感覺已經大變樣 老顧客有點心寒
