入住海逸公寓後發現房間多處發黴，白天還有施工噪音，晚上更離譜聽到有人在吵架發瘋尖叫砸東西，這樣的房間真的不知道怎麼住…服務態度也不行，投訴了不管、不作為。很糟糕的入住體驗，告知大家！

The worst hotel ever I have stayed. The reception people are heartless. Worst management. Worst people. No courtesy at all. Doesn't do anything work. Doesn't give any amenities given in the website. First of all receptionist is never present in the reception. Can't ask anyone. Don't choose this hotel. Worst worst worst experience

前台服務態度差 丟失物品後敷衍冷漠的處理。退房後發現重要物品遺落在房間，立即聯繫前台説明情況（時間、位置具體清晰）。但對方僅機械回覆“會去查看”，此後毫無主動反饋。我被迫連續撥打3-4次電話追問，每次態度反而更不耐煩。當我要求前台協調保潔人員共同確認物品位置時，對方以“房間已打掃”為由推脱，全程未主動提出調監控、聯繫相關人員等實際解決方案。甚至反問是否確定丟在房間嗎？語氣充滿質疑，彷彿顧客在無理取鬧。酒店對員工是否有基礎培訓？顧客財物安全一文不值？若需保管貴重物品，請謹慎選擇此酒店
