The worst hotel ever I have stayed. The reception people are heartless. Worst management. Worst people. No courtesy at all. Doesn't do anything work. Doesn't give any amenities given in the website. First of all receptionist is never present in the reception. Can't ask anyone. Don't choose this hotel. Worst worst worst experience

The swimming pool facilities at Metropolitan Harbour Apartments are definitely the most amazing I have ever stayed at! The 25-meter-long indoor heated swimming pool, with natural light coming in through the skylight, makes swimming in it a special experience.
The independent children's pool and massage pool are so thoughtfully designed, satisfying both taking care of children and relaxing. After swimming, you can also enjoy the hydromassage pool to wash away all your fatigue. It is simply a divine experience!
The front desk manager must be praised individually! From check-in to check-out, the whole process was efficient and professional, and even the nearby food recommendations I asked for were prepared in detail. Once I forgot to bring my charging cable, and he immediately helped me get a spare device. The service details were truly impeccable. The facilities of the entire apartment are very well maintained, and you can feel the care put into it. It is worthy of being a treasure apartment near Jing'an Temple!
