My first stay over location in Shanghai, the building is so artistic. The man who serviced us are very friendly and helpful. He was helping me to settle the food delivery app (firstly my ** is not working, he tried his best and also communicated with the 美团service. And also let me tried to install other app which called 饿了吗, and tried to order some food to test it whether is working or not). When check-in time, the workers are helpful, help us carried our luggage to our room. The room is so beautiful and clean. We love it.

This is the first time I’ve ever written such a long review, simply because I loved this place so much! Since my trip included a visit to Disneyland, when I saw and booked this guesthouse on Trip.com, I immediately felt confident that I made the right choice. And indeed, the moment I stepped in, I was amazed by its architectural design. The building looks like a cube of cheese, with a pure white exterior that is both unique and beautiful. Although it is a guesthouse, the facilities and services are far beyond many five-star hotels. The swimming pool is great, and sitting by the poolside was so relaxing. The front desk staff helped us check in very quickly and kindly told us that the pastries at the counter and the drinks in the fridge were complimentary. He even helped carry our luggage upstairs, which was very thoughtful. They also once arranged a free private car service for us, which made our travel even more convenient. When we entered the room, it was another pleasant surprise. The design was stylish, and the view from the window was breathtaking blue skies and lush green fields that made us feel completely at ease. If you want to order food delivery but don’t have a local phone number, you can simply ask the housekeeper for assistance. In the evening, they even prepared a lovely goodnight dessert, and the next morning, breakfast was served. Before 7:30, there were milk and sandwiches; after 7:30, a full Chinese breakfast with porridge, buns, shumai, dumplings, and more incredibly generous and delicious. If I ever return to Shanghai, I would definitely come back here again! Many thanks to the front desk staff, the housekeeper, and all the team members for their warmth and thoughtfulness, which truly made us feel at home.

Service was nothing short of exemplary. The butler’s accommodation despite the language barrier shows dedication to guest satisfaction. His attentive care, including delivering breakfast and Chinese desserts right to your door, added a personal touch that made the stay feel luxurious and cared-for. Welcoming amenities such as free tea, macarons, and marshmallows were thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall experience. However, the pool’s condition was a minor letdown—guests hoping for a laps-worthy swimming experience would appreciate improved features like running water and filtration in the future. Overall, I’d still consider to stay here in the future. Love the ambience —- modern, clean, peaceful and aesthetically beautiful!

We stayed at Chateau De Mila from 2 to 4 December. The staff was extremely kind to us. Knowing that we were a family of three and needed an extra bed, they gave a free upgrade of the room. They also provided free transportation to Disneyland. The journey was only about 15 mins. The room was clean and beautiful. Highly recommended if you intend to go to Shanghai Disneyland. The breakfast that they provided was super delicious. Supper was waiting for us every night in the room, which was really heart warming. We love our stay here!
