I booked separately 2 stays. The first room had cat fur and mold, so I asked them to switch the room - the man at the reception assisted immediately and said I could change at the evening or next morning (immediately). More about the service, the new room had no slippers and no chair, I asked for a chair, they said I could get the one from my previous room, but I didn’t want to because there was cat fur on it and I explained this to them through wechat. Then they didn’t reply. I didn’t ask again. The night before my flight I asked them to wake me up at 6, they came at 6:30. the new room - there was no mold, but the hygiene was not perfect. 40 min away from Pudong international airport by taxi and 1h+ by subway - not the best location. 1h and 30 min away from the city center. In general, I do not recommend - cheap but I would choose another place next time.

People’s relationships are pure, pleasant, and harmonious.

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room I was given had a very strong, unpleasant smoke odor. In addition, it was not very clean, which made my stay uncomfortable.

Excellent Housekeeping Service. Room Attendant was friendly and helpful.

Locao is closed to Pudong airport and near to subway station. Hotel is clean and staffs were helpful but couldn’t speak English.
