The hotel is within 5 mins from station. Amenities are well prepared. Staffs are helpful. The hotel is in local area but it is around 15 RMB to Nanjing road. So you have options for getting aroind..
The only con I have is suite room on 6th floor will be disturbed by a cranking sound of elevator as it is next to elevator.

The room is spacious. They have laundry inside the room, metro station is near, next to the hotel many local food. The lobby staff help us to buy medicine at midnight and help us use didi 😄. Thank you very much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean and well-equipped, easy to get to. The air conditioning is a bit bad. Otherwise, it was a good, clean hotel.

It’s good hotel that i ever been, so comfortable and clean. It near Nanjing street, you can catch train to be there, so near metro by walk, the host so helpfull too and I definitely will be back this hotel when I visit Shanghai once again.

I've stayed all over Shanghai in various hotels. This is the best value for money out of all of them. Big room, has a fridge (which is very rare in Chinese hotels), and is very reasonably priced. It is also in a good location, nearby the bund and 1 stop from the train station. Highly recommended.

I had a great time here. The room is larger and more convenient than expected. The staffs are supportive and help us check in earlier. The amenities are so good. Just a small note that the wifi is not really stable, but it’s still okay.

This apartment hotel is considered "high-tech" - filled with gadgets such as self-heating towel rack, curtains that open/close with a remote, 2in1 washer dryer. It's a joy to see the cleaning ladies because they are doing their best to ensure guests are happy.
There's also a self help rack to pickup your packages outside the hotel.
Improvement/ other info:
Multiple receptionists - mostly nonchalant.
Rooms seemed smaller than advertised.
Screechy door. No tv.
To include a washer dryer guide for dummies.
