Response from Property: 感謝您選擇本店，並抽出寶貴時間在此分享您的入住體驗，您是兩間房間早上10入住的，下午4點36分來酒店辦理退房，看客人您兩間房間，酒店酌情處理，衹收取一間房間的違約費用，而且酒店收取鐘點房費作為清潔費也是理所應當的，酒店收取違約金是正常操作，而且您一直讓酒店退款給您房費，不好意思，退款衹能平台操作，酒店沒辦法操作發送退款單，而且入住了6個小時，難道是免費嗎？謝謝您的理解，我們始終追求為賓客打造完美的入住體驗，誠邀您的再次到來。
