Lovely service and ease of access for luggage. Beds a bit hard and no water pressure. Otherwise a great stop.

The food was ok, but overall stay was pleasant. The reception staff were really helpful as well.

Overnight with friend. Hotel is in desperate need of upgrading. Creaky floors, bedroom doors not really secure, rotten window frames, chairs needing reupholstered. Very noisy along corridor paper thin walls. Decent enough size for a twin room. Bathroom quite good size. Cleaning could be better, dust along top of bedframe. Food was ok nothing special. Staff were very good. Overall hotel is pricey for what it is, but my guess is you're paying for location!

It was a great help for my enjoyable trip. I want to go back again. I want to live here for a month and travel around the Highlands~~

The attitude of the male staff member at check-in was very uncomfortable. The other staff members were fine, but this male staff member made the overall image bad. The air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't use it.

Although we only spent one night on the way between Skye and Edinburgh, I can say that the staff was very kind and friendly, we ate very well in the hotel restaurant and we rested very well too.

The room is quite small, but it still has an ancient key lock, which was a bit uncomfortable at first. However, the service staff at the hotel are very nice and respond immediately to any needs. High praise!

以鄉郊小鎮的酒店來說已經不俗了，房間大小適中，沒有空調，但有難得地有毛巾暖架 Hair dryer似乎不是房間常備，但只要打電話給前台就可以拿到 早餐的食物味道不俗，而且員工的服務都很好有禮

酒店位置非常靠近火車站，就在凱爾鎮中心。房間乾淨整潔，但比較老舊，工作人員禮貌都很禮貌。本次住宿總體滿意。
