Villa is not very pretty, pool is ok

Disadvantages: The swimming pool is small and very dirty, full of debris and even animal feces. The overall feeling is like a high-end farmhouse. Since the bathroom is open-air, there are so many mosquitoes that I was covered in bites. The front desk has a bad attitude and feels discriminatory against Chinese people, but greets foreigners with a smile. This is the first Bali villa I have encountered that does not provide afternoon tea, and it is also the first one that refuses to check out at 2 o'clock. The small pool in the picture is also cold water, not a hot spring. The second floor is a Buddhist hall, with no place to sit, just decorations. There is no air conditioning in the living room, so it is impossible to stay there. He also gave two plastic keys and warned him for a long time that he had lost one with RMB 500. I really want to ask you if it is a gold key? It is also very difficult to get into the sink and wash clothes. It’s the first time I write a review and it feels like it’s a bit overwhelming... After staying for three days, I changed to a hotel that was one-third more expensive. My family said it was so worth it and told me not to stay in that hotel again. In short, I won’t come back! Pros: Breakfast is buffet, although very simple. The spa has a good attitude and the price is reasonable. 90 minutes of essential oil costs nearly 300 yuan.

Feels like I came to visit a private pension A place that made you feel the pleasure of a pool villa There's an air conditioner in the bathroom too, so it's really cool. There is a 300L refrigerator instead of the small one usually found in hotels, and there is also a gas stove and basic tableware, so you can cook simple food if you buy groceries from Bintang Market. However, the breakfast was greasy and a little salty...

Far from everything, more than 20 minutes walk to the beach, dirty bed linen, all stained. They wrapped the blanket in two sheets, and so tightly that when you try to take it out, the whole bedding straightens out and you have to refill everything yourself. The water in the pool was dirty, the sink was immediately clogged, the toilet did not flush, but simply swirled the water in a circle. Straw was falling from the roof, all the things that were lying on the table near the TV were dirty, and so was the table. Breakfast was delicious and filling. They warned me several times that for losing the key there would be a fine of a million rupees, which is crazy nonsense. Wi-Fi is weak, the movie did not load.

We’ve spent fabulous 9 nights at 2 bedroom Royal Villa with our 2 kids (9&7 yo) and absolutely loved every minute of staying there. The rooms are spacious, each room has its own bathroom with the bathtub. The housekeeping was done daily, the cleaning was very quick and efficient. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool which is quite big and relatively deep, I think it starts with around 1.65m or 1.67m going deeper down the other end. The location is good as well, just a few minutes walking to Bintang supermarket. And of course absolutely lovely and very attentive staff!

Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa is one of the best accommodations I have stayed at! Our deluxe villa was perfect for our first trip to Bali with a beautiful garden and pool. The villa felt like a home rather than a sterile and boring hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful and were meticulous with cleaning our room and garden daily. The buffet breakfasts every morning were a lovely mix of traditional Indonesian and Westernised cuisine. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Bali.

The Lagoon Villa rooms is an excellent choice with the pool at your front doorstep. The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent. We would recommend the Villa Seminyak Estate and Spa to all friends and family.

All staff very polite & friendly. Lagoon villa we had was nothing like pictures on main website! Very run down in desperate need of updating ! Very disappointing. Breakfast buffet very repetitive. Garden areas maintained well. Would not recommend lagoon villas .
