No hot water,smoke smelling room , very unprofessional front desk and rude,

I recommend everything positive! Nice view from the window close to the center and the sea!

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the beach. The area is quiet. The room is clean. I stayed for one night, everything is fine. The breakfast is simple.

There is an outdoor swimming pool. The facilities are okay and the room is not small. The bathroom smells bad, which is bad. The service was pretty good. It's a 20-minute walk from the station and a 5-minute taxi ride. Breakfast is simple but filling.

The hotel is located near the main road on a hill, the room is quite ordinary, the breakfast is simple.

First time staying in this hotel .Run by a beautiful amazing family and staff.They went over and above for us in every way possible .From moment we arrived to minute I left we felt so welcomed .Amazing relaxing place a hidden diamond ❤️❤️ They will be sick of seeing us 😅

You get what you pay for in this case. I can’t fault the good nature of the staff but we only booked it as a transitional stop whilst exploring other options. The rooms have a balcony with view and it is right near the mosque which we loved. The hot water takes several minutes to arrive in the shower and towels are changed every three days not, you will need to ask for this. But all of this did not really matter as the staff are just so nice. We got a good deal and were able to explore Kusadasi for a few days.

I went on a solo trip and visited Kusadasi and Saturn hotel end of September. Solid 3 stars, and a good value for money. Lovely stuff and an extremely helpful hotel manager Fatih. Overall very good experience in Kusadasi, lovely place, definitely worth visiting.

I stayed at a Saturn Hotel and the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even allowed us to stay after the checkout time because our bus was running late. I was so grateful for their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Kusadasi. While I had a pleasant stay at a hotel, there were a couple of things that I didn't like. The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there weren't many options to choose from. Additionally, the ladies who were cleaning the rooms didn't give us clean towels until we asked for them (we asked on our 5-6th day). Despite these minor issues, I still had a great time at the hotel thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
