The robot food delivery is very convenient. This is a hotel with good value for money. The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel front desk will not only provide toiletries, but also inform you of the dining time and place. The housekeeper cleans the room cleanly. The shower is separated into wet and dry areas, which is very reasonable. There is a gym and laundry room on the 4th floor, with drying facilities [strong], five-star praise [love]

The hotel is located around 4 km from the end station of line 2 (East Xujing) at the NECC. When arrived, there were flies in the bathroom and the breakfast was not really nice. The hot dishes were cold, as the equipment was broken, so was the coffee machine. All is self-service. During breakfast they come with a trolley full of dirty dishes to the table to clean. The supervisor is just pushing the staff, but not doing anything to reset the tables for the next customer. After mentioning the issues to Trip.com and the hotel, the FO manager Bob had a good service recovery and upgraded my room. The rest of the stay was without any incidents.

The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to attractions such as the Bund and Lujiazui. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the guest rooms are modern and simple in design, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the city, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart guest control system is particularly considerate. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly ground coffee is fragrant and refreshing. There are many dining options around, and you can take a walk at night to experience the brilliant river view of North Bund. It is cost-effective and is worth recommending whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip. The detailed service shows the quality of Hilton. I will choose here next time I come to Shanghai!
