The hotel location is not too far from Disneyland, and the biggest advantage is they provide shuttle service from/to Pudong Airport, Disneyland, and train station, even to TheBund. The hotel interior is modern, very nice, quite clean. In hotel have convenience store, kids' playgrounds, and restaurants. The Family Room is spacious with 2 beds, living room with sofa, and a cute tent for smaller kids to play or chill. The room is clean enough (for us), equipped with basic necessities, and the bathroom is spacious, and everything works well. Hot n cold water runs very well. I asked for a birthday setup, and they delivered it nicely. Not to mention, all the staff we encountered are very helpful, from the doorman who assists us when we waited for our taxi, the shuttle bus driver, until the cleaning service lady who catered us very politely, despite our language barrier. They are all sweet and helpful.Thank you!!! We appreciate it so much. We had a very pleasant stay.

I love their services. Staff are friendly (both front desk and housekeeping). The hotel is clean and nearby to eatery (Chinese noodle stall/McDonald's/Western restaurant etc), convenient store (24hrs Lawson) and Luckin Coffee. Even if we reach the hotel super late like midnight we can still get food either via Lawson or takeaway (not available to deliver to the room but there is a placement counter outside the hotel which I sometimes ordered via alipay app when on the road back to the hotel so I can collect when I reach the hotel). Very easily get Didi from the hotel as the hotel is near to Shanghai railway station (Didi driver told me this area has a lot of Didi available due to the railway station).

Well it’s terrible experience, no air conditioning working , change another room but still there is not perfect air conditioning working , at night 11:45 star said you can book new hotel and they will refund money back , how we find new hotel at midnight time ?? After we sleep with fan given by big brand name hotel .

The location of the hotel is very good. It is near to metro station and has good amenities from high end to daily shopping. The hotel is good especially the staff and breakfast. The decoration and TV is dated though

I chose this hotel for the BW event. Even though it's 1km from the venue, the hotel's shuttle service to the exhibition hall during the event was a lifesaver. While it didn't drop us right at the door, it definitely saved me some money! Derek at the front desk handled my check-in swiftly and efficiently. Sally at Wanhui Xuan and the entire restaurant team were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive variety, and the price was fair for the selection. I was quite fond of the food delivery robot. It almost made me want to order more takeout just to see it again, haha! (Just kidding, don't mind me!) I'll be cheering for BW tickets next year, hoping to stay here again. (Many others have already posted room photos, so I won't add mine – they're all accurate anyway!)

Overall, I was very satisfied! Everything was excellent. The hotel boasts French-style architecture, and the room decor was grand and impressive. I specifically requested a west-facing room, which overlooked the Middle Ring Road and offered distant views of Suzhou Creek. The noodle restaurant on the second floor was fantastic, and the breakfast spread was generous – the rice noodle soup was an absolute standout! The ambiance was also wonderful. The only minor drawback was the lack of smooth coordination between the parking management and the hotel's concierge. The process to validate the parking ticket was a bit slow, which caused a slight delay. I hope this can be improved.

We stayed for 2 nights during the Chinese New Year and were very satisfied. The buffet on New Year's Eve was very good and the food was well arranged. There was also the God of Wealth and lion dance on New Year's Day.

This time I came to Shanghai for fun, I looked at several hotels online and finally decided to stay in this hotel. When I walked into the hotel lobby, a concierge came to help with the luggage. The young man at the front desk was also very enthusiastic to help check in. The room was bright and comfortable. At first glance, the room was comfortable as a whole, especially the room was clean and tidy. The floor of the shower room was very clean and there was no sign of a few years of hotel. This shows that this hotel must pay attention to details to achieve such an effect. I am very satisfied with this choice and will recommend friends to come here

Hotel is Fine, breakfast is wonderful, but It is Smoke tolerant. Neverthrless the hotel says its Smoke free, It is not true. You Can Fell cigarrete Smoke on ALL hotel áreas, including inside the Room through hvac system. I complained , but staff did nothing. No fines to smokers, not even a request to stop smoking.

The room was spacious and overall the service was satisfactory but the the air-conditioning system of room was very poor. I needed extra heater in my room. Also bathroom curtains were jammed at a level and it was not making sense to have that curtain. Actually the hotel send someone to fix that but he also couldn't fix it.
