"The breakfast was great, the staff were great, the location was great, then they charged me €88 for laundry, around 4 times what it should've been. So by all means stay there, just don't ask them to do your laundry, might as well get mugged."

"Ich habe das Hotel für meinen Solo-Urlaub auf Mallorca gebucht und war insgesamt leider sehr enttäuscht. Das gebuchte Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als angegeben und erfüllte in keiner Weise die Erwartungen.
Sauberkeit & Zustand:
Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Besonders das Badezimmer war in einem miserablen Zustand – alt, unhygienisch und schlichtweg renovierungsbedürftig. Die Dusche war verschmutzt, Fugen waren stark verfärbt, und es gab großflächig Schimmel. Der Zustand entspricht höchstens dem eines 1- bis 2-Sterne-Hotels. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass am Abflussrohr der Toilette die komplette Verkleidung fehlte – man konnte direkt durch die Wand das Rohr sehen.
Lautstärke:
Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört wirklich alles – ob Schritte auf dem Gang, Gespräche aus Nachbarzimmern oder Türen, die zuschlagen. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen absolut ungeeignet, besonders in der Nacht war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken.
Positives:
Der einzige Lichtblick war die Klimaanlage, die hervorragend funktionierte und bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen für etwas Erleichterung sorgte."

"Great hotel! Clean, bright and very tasty food! Located near the airport (6-7 minutes by taxi) and close to the sea (5 minutes). By the way, the beach is one of the cleanest beaches I have seen in Majorca.
Respect employees. Everyone is very kind and friendly!"

"I stayed there for a total of three nights. The first upon arrival and the last two upon departure. The hostel is great so far. I think the rooftop terrace is a highlight. I find it quite modern. This was my first time doing something like this in a box bed. Two of the three nights were very pleasantly quiet. The last night was a bit of a nuisance. But that has something to do with decency or sobering up. Which doesn't help the hostel's reputation. I would come again. I definitely felt safe and secure."

GGuest UserGreat hotel, facilities are very good, not enough to play in the hotel. Ten minutes from the beach, there is a big supermarket at the door. There are some small shortcomings, we sleep upstairs in the restaurant, breakfast in the morning is a bit noisy. In addition, I stayed for two days and gave a bottle of water. I wanted to ask for one more bottle. For breakfast, the Chinese are not used to eating, it is recommended not to use this money. I should stay here next time.

JJet YThe location is right next to the beach which is very convenient. Restaurant and Bar are located nearby so you don’t have to worry about the food. The self-check in service is easy to use and allow us to check in quickly even at night.
The room is pretty spacious. However, the noise proofing of the room is weak and it is very easy to listen to others noise from another room.

GGuest UserThe hotel was merely OK for me. I wouldn't book a longer stay there due to the narrow layout, with the small, overlooked rooms facing each other.
I had a single room, which was very small for its category. There's no counter space in the bathroom, which can be annoying for a longer stay. It was OK for a one-day stay. Due to the design, most rooms overlook other balconies and rooms. If you don't want to feel like you're being watched, you should always close the curtains. The room has a refrigerator, but no closet.
It was annoying that I woke up shortly before 6 a.m.: I had been sleeping with the balcony door open (my room was on the top/fifth floor) when the ventilation systems on the roof started operating very loudly very early in the morning. Only after I closed the door was I able to go back to sleep.
I only ate breakfast. This is served in the rather austere and functional-looking restaurant in the windowless basement. The breakfast is very plentiful and good, meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel and truly fulfilling the needs of a hotel guest. I noticed that the staff didn't clear guests' plates in between meals and instead engaged in very loud conversations (at least four of them).
But for what I paid for the hotel for one night, it was okay.
