Clean and comfortable hotel with a good and friendly staff. Had a good breakfast, it is well spread of local and western dishes. Good overall experience of one night stay in this hotel.

We enjoyed the nice bed and great breakfast. Service was also top notched led by Pak Erwin every breakfast

1st time staying there.. Like the location.. near to Berastagi Supermarket and eatery. Security was top notch. Love the Blue Bird taxi standby .... Front desk is very professional.. Cleanliness of Housekeeping is good and efficient Facility is decent, room for improvement on keeping and maintain the place... Only upset during the stay was the restaurant... Service not top notch to brand name.. Opted for the pre dawn / Sahur breakfast... Very much disappointment on selection, quantity and quality. Top up very late.. n the egg station.. need to let the staff go for training..

Outdated rooms with carpet that had cigarette burns and smells . Was very unpleasant experience. Pool area was ok with helpful staff. Breakfast area was ok with staff members making it tolerable.

Everything is great for the hotel. We can see the hotel is aged but it's more than made up by the good maintenance, thus retaining it's lavishness. However there really isn't nothing interesting nearby and the road in front are way to busy for any pedestrians walking

The best hotel in town. When i’m going to Medan, this is the only hotel i booked.

Centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread can be better but just okay.

Room spacious and clean. Pool small and shallow. Breakfast need lots of improvement: drinks are too sweet, eating area is too small and food taste average at best. Location is prime: 2 large supermarket, starbucks, and easy to go anywhere

First time in this hotel is not in the center of town but is accessible still. Breakfast is normal. Hotel room is normal. With this price no complaint.
