There's no laundry room in this hotel and it is very inconveniet, to send off for washing via housekeeping is too expensive, I like that it is quite spacious and they provide bath robe, but one time one cleaning lady just open my door without permission when I was resting inside which is rude,

1. They seriously need to think about the stinky smell inside the rooms. Carpets should be upgraded immediately. Keeping windows open in a moist environment does not help . Otherwise an elegant one with excellent spacious rooms. 2. The service desk should have at least one English speaking help available to cater to foreign tourists. 3. Proper clear English maps and directions to various city spots needed . With an excellent Metro and Bus transport of this Great amazing city it is otherwise almost unusable for foreign tourists if not clear. Hope to see 'better' you next time.

The location is perfect, just right outside of metro and good location. The hotel is not new but very clean with excellent services. Breakfast is good with Chinese and Western styles.

Our special thanks to Ms 彭清菊 who kindly and speedily arranged to upgrade our room when the one we checked in had problem with the toilet flush, she even personally assisted in transferring our luggages to the new room. When we checked out today (18/1), again we were given special help by Ms 熊兴虹 to get transport for our trip to the airport hotel. Thank you Air China Hotel Chongqing, your staff at the front desk, house keeping and breakfast room are indeed your invaluable assets.

There is no air/cond in the room, they said weather in this time the hotel don’t turn on the A/c. Very stuffy room .

The hotel is only 4 stops from Chongqing North Railway Station by line 3. To get to the hotel one should go through the passage. We liked the room so much. It's quite big and bright with many kinds of amenities and some fruit as well! The breakfast is served from 7 to 10 pm on the 6th floor. It includes Asian and Western cuisine. Definitely recommend Air China Hotel Chongqing!

The place was nice and comfy. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. For foreigners like us, Western food wasn’t available for breakfast and they were not serving coffee.

Although our visit to Chongqing was short, the hotel was wonderful and in a great location by lines 3 and 6 of the metro station. Very convenient access to the Jaingbei area and Guanyanqaio Pedestrian Street, as well as Shin Kong Place, where there are great choices for dinner (or any meal). What surprised me most was the in-room bathtub, I had not seen a bathtub since I left the United States seven years ago (I enclosed a picture of the bathtub, and our meal at the Korean BBQ restaurant at Shin Kong Place). The room was comfortable. About the only two things I did not like was the riser the bed was on, difficult to remember when your half asleep in the middle of the night but have to use the restroom, and the barstool chairs, which were not very comfortable at all. Otherwise its a great hotel and the next time I travel to Chongqing, I am sure we'll stay there again.
