"We stayed here for a few days because we were going to Disneyland/California Adventure. It’s an easy 1km walk from the hotel. In just a block away, there are a few 24/7 convenience stores, like cvs. The hotel room is ok - not the fanciest but it has all the necessary amenities we need."

"Exceeded my expectations, and the staff were really friendly. There are three formal restaurants and one casual cafe. The steakhouse is a famous spot, costing over $100 per person, but it's worth every penny. Din Tai Fung is just a ten-minute walk away. The pool is heated and there's a jacuzzi, perfect for lounging all day. Very suitable for a vacation."

"Very nice hotel, very clean, in a good location. It didn't have breakfast included like most of the other Hilton locations, but there's a Starbucks inside (albeit charging more than the already expensive Starbucks prices). The view was great! Unfortunately, Disney canceled the fireworks on our arrival, so we didn't get to see them from our room, but that's not a hotel issue."

"Due to our travel schedule, we were arriving quite late, so I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask if a late check-in was possible. They quickly replied and confirmed that they would reserve the rooms for us. The hotel's location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland, and there are many 24-hour restaurants nearby. We booked two double rooms, and the hotel assigned us high-floor rooms with balconies. The view was pleasant, overlooking the inner garden swimming pool. It's a bit of a shame it wasn't facing Disneyland; otherwise, we might have been able to watch the Disneyland night fireworks show directly from the balcony. The room amenities were very new and clean. As for issues, only one of the double rooms had slippers (but only one pair), while the other room had none. Additionally, one room had two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Disneyland."

"The night staff at the front desk were very thoughtful and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities are great, and the room amenities were clean. I especially loved the pool area, which also has a hot tub – very relaxing."

"Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel."

"The hotel's overall environment is excellent. The lobby is clean and bright, with a simple yet elegant design. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were well-stocked. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff; they were incredibly warm and patient, always ready to help with any issues promptly. My stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend it! I'll definitely be staying here again next time."

"The hotel is old and the room layout is not very reasonable. Although there are dishes, pots, induction cookers, etc., the sink is very small and the stove work surface is also very small, so you can't actually cook. You can only boil water and heat up pre-prepared dishes. On the contrary, the table is very large, which makes the passage very narrow and there is not enough storage space. The water pressure for showering is very low. It is relatively close to Disneyland, within a 15-minute walk. There are two supermarkets and an IHOP next to it, which is convenient for eating and buying water. The front desk is friendly."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"The hotel was cute, very clean and the service was good, but there were some mishaps, such as the toilet not flushing and the circuit breaker in the room tripping (just because I had the light on and was using a hair dryer). When I told them I forgot my toothbrush, they brought me one."
