"Such a wonderful hotel to stay in after a long day of traveling. Check-in was a breeze and I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. MVP goes to the shower though, that pressure could strip paint off a fence. Love it."

"The facilities are well-equipped and very clean, and the environment is also great. The service attitude is excellent and attentive. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and directly opposite is a 7/11 convenience store, so you'll always find something to eat, no matter how late it is. It's not far from Shinsaibashi shopping street; it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance."

"Stayed at the hotel for almost three weeks. The location is very good for the price. The hotel itself may not be the newest, but it’s quite well thought out. Overall it’s quiet, though sometimes I was woken up by sirens since there’s a police station nearby and a fire station a bit further away. The reception is good, housekeeping is good, and the breakfasts are decent. Also, note that the hotel is close to metro stations on both the purple and green lines. The purple line (near the 7-Eleven) goes directly to Umeda, from where you can easily reach Kyoto and Kobe, and from Tennoji you can get to Nara. The green line will take you to the aquarium. I went to Osaka Castle almost every day because it’s so close - highly recommend visiting it in the evening, around 8 PM. It’s a great experience: very few people and the castle looks amazing when illuminated. There are also McDonald’s and Burger King nearby with self-service kiosks that accept ICOCA and Suica, just like the 7-Eleven and other nearby convenience stores. I especially recommend evening walks from the hotel to Dotonbori via Hommachi. Along the way you’ll pass boutiques with beautiful displays, including luxury car showrooms."

"The location is absolutely wonderful, there are about 3 convenient stores near the hotel, only a 500m walk to the nearest metro station and about 900m to Shin Osaka station, really convenient for those who want to explore nearby cities such as Kyoto, Uji, Nara and Himeiji etc. The staffs are really nice and the room is very clean, we will definitely book this place again for our next kansai trip!"

"Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)"

"The place was quite clean, but the location is not very convenient. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. I only requested a towel change, so I put my used towel in the provided towel change bag, hung it outside the door, and pasted the request sticker as instructed. The cleaner took the towel but didn’t provide a new one. I went to the counter to ask for a new towel and questioned why the cleaner didn’t replace it. The staff asked me what time I put the sticker, and I replied ‘11 am’. He then said, ‘No sir, you have to put it before 10 am. Later than that, we won’t change it!’ I was shocked and pointed out that the card stated towel changes are between 10 am and 11:30 am. Instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and insisted, ‘Sir, you don’t understand, you must put it before 10 am.’ He then said he would send me a towel to my room. Honestly, what kind of attitude and service is this?"

"Stayed at Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring and absolutely loved it. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and every staff member we met was kind, helpful and efficient. Service felt warm without being intrusive. I saw quite a few comments online saying the rooms are too small, but honestly I think it depends on which room type you book. We checked the room size before booking and found it very acceptable for Osaka standards — spacious enough to open luggage comfortably and move around without feeling cramped. One of our favourite parts was all the little extras included during the stay — the free late-night noodles every evening were surprisingly good, and the onsen was such a nice way to relax after walking all day. After the bath, there was complimentary ice cream which made the experience even better. Location is another huge plus — directly across from Dotonbori, within walking distance to Kuromon Market, and very convenient for exploring Namba and nearby areas. The whole hotel has a calm Japanese ryokan-style atmosphere while still being modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time in Osaka ❤️"

"The room was quite spacious; we could open two large suitcases comfortably. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering both Japanese and Western options, and the dining environment was pleasant. Overall, the facilities and service were good."

"Excellent location! right just next to the shopping street and the Tsūtenkaku Tower. Supermarkets, pharmacy stores and restaurants are  just downstairs. 3 mins walk to Daiso, mega Donki, metro & JR station. Staff very friendly. Free coffee, water & tea all day. Complimentary beer for each guest. Room clean and spacious. Highly recommended !"

"The hotel is super close to the subway station, right at the exit. The room was generally clean, and both comfort and quietness were good. It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, about 15 minutes. Breakfast was quite expensive, so I didn't eat at the hotel; there's a Matsuya across the street which was a good alternative."
