"Fantastic hotel, with beautiful courtyard for relaxing and evening (or daytime) drinks. Staff are great, can speak English and share sightseeing ideas for the area. We rented a scooter for 50rmb per day which allowed us to explore freely. The bedroom is comfortable and has everything you’d need. Water & towels were refreshed daily. I had trouble with the pillows (memory foam), due to my pillow preference, I asked for a second pillow which hotel staff happily gave me. Food is tasty and reasonable price. Recommending to friends!"

"There are many strange peaks on both sides of the Lijiang River, which is dizzying. The river is crystal clear, as green as jade, like a green ribbon, winding between the mountains. Everywhere is intoxicating. This B&B next to the Li River is also very good. When you open the door, you can see the landscape of Guilin. The scenery, looking up is Laozhai Mountain. The service facilities and hygiene of the hotel are very good, I am very satisfied👍"

"The service here was outstanding. They had breakfast each morning, offered their own scooter rentals. Sent up fruits when we passed through the lobby. The hotel owner was always available to chat. They were very responsive. The hotel was in a great location, slightly removed from the main town. It was very peaceful by the Yulong river. The room itself was incredible, if you can you should book the suite with the skylight ceiling."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The service is of a high quality, front desk managers speak English and are very friendly and helpful, they helped us book a tour as well. The room is comfortable with authentic design of natural materials: wood, fabric, stone. The shower room also has a heating, not only the bedroom. The view from the balcony is stunning: mountains and the river are right there! It is situated in walking distance from the west street and Li river scenic spot! Amazing stay! Thank you."

"I booked a room with mountain view. What I got is this room on the second floor with view on the street and trees :( It didn't look like any of the rooms in the pictures shown on Trip.com. Not only was the view bad, it was often loud because of the Instagram café across the street. I also had zero privacy on the balcony as the hundreds of roadside tourists on their scooters frequently take pictures of the house and garden. Keep in mind that mass tourism has arrived in Yulong River area, so it is no longer quiet there. What I also didn't like is that the receptionist smoked under my balcony. It is true that the receptionists speak very good English. But then again, I was not even shown the rooftop terrace that they apparently have, nor was I told about breakfast options. They also have no WeChat contact, which is standard for other hotels. What really shocked is that they tried to charge me 30 RMB for one of their old bikes that I wanted to use in the afternoon for 2 hours. I couldn't believe my ears. As incredibly beautiful as the hotel is, and yes, my room was huge and I am thankful for the tip to visit beautiful Fuli bridge, I feel ripped off for paying so much for a room with no view. It is just not what I booked."

"I rally advice this hotel. The position Is perfect both for west street and also for reaching the viewpoints on the River in less thank 10 minutes. We booked the room with the view and it was amazing. The stuff Is very nice and they also help us by arranging transferts and other things."

"The Riverview is a fantastic hotel to stay in Yangshuo! Located very close to Longtoushan wharf, it's very easy to get to if you come to Yangshuo via the cruise. The staff are very helpful, they gave me all the resources I needed during my stay, and were able to be contacted at any point via WeChat. The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and a fantastic view from the balcony! I'd definitely recommend the Riverview to anyone staying in Yangshuo."

"Very cool hotel, located remotely in a quiet place, with a view of the mountains, for its price 10/10, to relax the soul and body is what you need. I really liked that the room is spacious, high ceilings. Chinese breakfast is included: chicken soup, egg and a glass of milk - very tasty."
