"The hotel room and all its hardware facilities are good, especially thanks to a lady at the front desk who found me a disposable razor (of course, four-star hotels should be equipped with disposable razors and toilet pads). The only inconvenience for my backpackers is that the location is not very good. Because there is no bus to go, there are no tourist attractions nearby, and all the attractions in Yan'an can be taken by taxi. The hotel is suitable for driving people and travel agency teams."

"The room smelled heavily of smoke, and it even penetrated into the quilt and pillow. I believe the quilt cover and pillowcase were new, but I could still smell the smoke. This was the first time I encountered this situation. I felt this way when I entered the first room, but it was better after I opened the window, but I found a puddle of water next to the bed. I contacted the front desk, and the service was quite good. They changed a room for us, but the door was still full of smoke. I opened the window and went out for dinner. The hotel also contacted and dealt with the smoke, but the room still smelled heavily of smoke when I returned. I could also smell the smoke on the quilt and pillow when I slept at night. It was really terrible. The room was also very poorly soundproofed. I was woken up by the guests from the next room talking in the corridor in the middle of the night, and woke up by the sound of closing the door in the morning. The experience was very poor. But the front desk service and attitude were quite good."
