First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location and is easy to find. From the building entrance to the main lobby, the common areas were very clean. The receptionist checked us in as soon as we got there and the rooms had amazing views overlooking the river. The staff were always eager to help us and even provided a weighing scale when we needed one! The breakfast included with our booking was good and they can pack it for you on request if you have an early day. All in all, I would recommend Maiyue hotel to anybody coming to visit Chongqing.

Location is close to jiefangbei, several food streets like 八一街, 十八梯，hongyadong etc. Room was AI incorporated, very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also close to train station for easy travel to other locations like liziba station and guanyinqiao
