Scenic Hotels in Chongqing

"Stayed two nights at this hote. The hotel reception will email and provide some useful tips how to go to their hotel by metro, or didi. They also will provide some useful tips for hunting of foods around the hotel. I did follow their tips for breakfast and hot pot which were really delicious and affordable price esp the hotpot! Truly recommended. The nearest metro is Jiaovhangkou in Line 2 at exit 9. The metro has escalator therefore it is very convenient to travel with bags. It only takes around 5-8mins to reach the hotel. The hotel is sharing with the other office. You have to take the lift to level 46 where the reception is located. The hotel does not have restaurant therefore no breakfast is provided. The view from the hotel is truly beautiful especially at night. The room has a very large screen replacing the normal TV. The room is equipped with projector for viewing the TV program. At the reception areas, they provided with luggage scale to weight your luggage before boarding a flight. There are tow things I personally no feeling happy with. 1) We require a non smoking room at the non smoking floor but we were shocked to see few ladies sitting at the reception area openly smoking. Even though we were given a non smoking room but the smokes from the reception area could have leaked into our room! The hotel should be more stricter to require the smokers to smoke only at designated smoking areas or limited to the smoking floor! The second thing was the bathroom door is a sliding door which is relatively heavy and noisy when slide in and out. Besides the toilet bowl section was easily filled up with water pool if the shower curtain did not use properly and the water pool will be stagnated there as there was no water drainage at the toilet bowl area. Overall, we still have a pleasant stay at this hotel as the location is super close to the jiangfangbei and walkable to Hongya Dong. Recommended."

"Hotel was in a great location in jiefangbei which was walkable to attractions like hongyadong and raffles city, and a short ride away to others. The rooms were clean and well kept, and housekeeping was available daily. The beds and pillows provided were one of the more comfy ones I’ve experienced, even comparing to big chain hotels. The receptionist (weixing 卫星) was really friendly and thoughtful, greeted us with a smile when we arrived at 3am, helped us with receiving packages, providing iced drinks and always available for a friendly chat. A real value for money and would recommend this time anyone visiting chongqing!"

"Great hotel, the whole building was sub out to many hotel brand. Very accessible. Opposite Raffles City, there’s many great food downstair and opposite street. Subway just beside the hotel, super convenient. It’s a city full of night life, and great food. There’s many non spicy stir fried dishes available too."

"We arrived in Chongqing in the evening. My son lost his passport at the high-speed railway station. We didn't know how to contact the relevant authorities. The receptionist on duty that day helped us coordinate with the police and the station staff. We are very grateful. I would like to give a 100/10 rating for the kindness of the receptionists who tried to help us. Moreover, The room condition was very good, clean, and fully equipped (for Thai people, there is an automatic water sprayer). The location of the accommodation is very good, close to bustling business district. We highly recommend you to stay here."

"I stayed at Indition Hotel in Chongqing and overall had a great experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The view was slightly disappointing though — I couldn’t see the famous glowing houses I was hoping for, and I was told all other rooms were fully booked. That said, the view was still impressive since I was on the 37th floor, very high up, and you could see far with little to no buildings blocking the view. The hallways actually looked even better than those at the Birkin and Iseya Hotels, which are located in the same building. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — just wish the view had been a bit more iconic."

"This second hotel I stayed at in Chongqing truly captured my heart! The hotel's location is unbeatable! It's less than 100 meters from Jiefangbei, and Bayi Food Street is just around the corner. Step right out, and you're on the main street, surrounded by major shopping malls – the area is incredibly vibrant! In the hotel lobby, there's even an impressive Ducati Diavel motorcycle, perfect for photo opportunities! The rooms are equipped with smart toilets and a Xiao Du AI butler. A huge full-length mirror is also provided, so you can easily put together your outfit before stepping out. The decor is clean, sleek, and boasts a light luxury feel. The views are incredible; you can even see Jiefangbei right from your room!"

"The stay was amazing! The room, the cleanness, the location😍 the hotel has also provided an airport pick-up service for me - everything was very smooth, quick and organized, so I didn’t even had a chance to get lost! Views from the room are stunning - that what I was looking for in Chongqing and I got it! And ofc sauna was a surprise😅😍 Thanks a lot! It’s also located the same building as the Eye of the Cloud observation deck!"

"I stayed at Mc Maiyue Hotel during a recent trip to Chong Qing and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels modern and comfortable, with a clean, minimalist design that makes the room feel spacious. My room was on a higher floor, offering a lovely city view especially beautiful at night. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transport, which made getting around Chong Qing very convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water and prompt housekeeping. On the downside, the soundproofing could be a little better, occasional noise from the hallway was noticeable at night. Overall, though, it’s a well-managed, clean, and stylish hotel that offers good value for the price. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m in Chong Qing."

"If you want a hotel with lovely receptionists, you've come to the right place~ They were all so understanding and friendly even with the language barrier. The housekeeping lady was also very sweet, it really added to the whole experience. The hotel is also in a great location and offers a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend it!"

"I was very satisfied with my trip to Chongqing this time! The hotel is located near the Jiajia Wharf. It is very fast to walk to Jiefangbei and take a ta car, which saves time in the business district and scenic spots. There are so many places to eat around, and it's not the same to eat in different ways every day. The waiter is very attentive and will take the initiative to remind the hidden food nearby, and the room is also clean and tidy. This trip is particularly comfortable~"
