Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, was die Anfahrt erschwert – eine genauere Wegbeschreibung wäre sehr hilfreich. Dafür bietet die Lage aber einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings ließ die handwerkliche Ausführung (z. B. Verarbeitung von Materialien) zu wünschen übrig, was bei dieser Preiskategorie einen eher schlechten Eindruck hinterlässt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war dafür sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is that the room is on the 41st floor with a beautiful view of the bridge and the river, our room was (4109). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room itself needs repair, water leaks in the shower because of a torn seal on the door. The floor is cold, very damp, because of this the laundry does not dry. The hotel has a laundry, but there is no dryer. There is no closet for storing clothes, everything is hung in the bathroom, and there is a lot of humidity there. The windows were not clean in street stains. Important point: when checking in, keep in mind that the reception is on the 4th floor, and the hotel itself is on the 41st. We did not figure this out right away.

love the room! got upgraded to a better view and the staff constantly checks in and ensure everything is doing okay.
the lobby is at level 4 and they share the building with other hotels. the only thing is that their “lobby” could have been better renovated!
