Bus route 620 to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (for Victoria ferries) is right downstairs. The Richmond Night Market and the Outlet Mall are within walking distance, and major highways are easily accessible for drivers. It's more affordable than downtown Vancouver hotels, making it a top choice for car rentals upon arrival or airport transits. Having been open for years, some lower-floor rooms show signs of age with limited power outlets and average soundproofing. Occasional noise from planes and trains can be heard due to its proximity to railway tracks and flight paths. Cigarette smoke from the casino can sometimes drift into adjacent floors. If you're sensitive to smoke, prioritize a high-floor, non-smoking room. The dining options are just okay; the buffet breakfast is pricey, and fast food reviews are mediocre. It's more cost-effective to dine at one of Richmond's excellent Chinese restaurants nearby. When booking, request a high-floor, river-view, non-smoking room to avoid lower-floor rooms on the casino side."

"Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house."

"lobby is nice, cozy. They have gym, in and out door swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants. I do like facilities. However,room was pretty outdated. I recommend not using towels there. Location is okay, easy to commute."

"The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining. It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit. I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city. The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use. It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping."

"The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive."

"Clean and well located ! Off a late flight  and only 4 blockes from sky train as well as 2 blocks away from Hullo Ferry.  Great breakfast in the lobby restaurant ( Paval was an exceptional server) . This will be my new go -to hotel when in the city."

"Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water."

"This was a beautiful location and exactly what we hoped for. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to prepare meals for our family. Staff were welcoming & helpful. It was great to be able to store our bags before check-in. Bus stops, coffee shops, groceries & many other stores are easy to access. The view from the room was awesome - English Bay from one window and the mountains from the other."

"We are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day."
