"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

AAnonymous UserGreat location, walking distance to most places of visit. Hotel is really comfortable, lots of space to hang your clothes. Toilet was huge, with heated flooring! Soap provided was L'Occitane which smells so good! Staff at the Front desk were really helpful and friendly. Voucher available for bike rental for a day in Stanley park.

Iiceman22Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!

NNick S.The hotel is conveniently located, just a 30-minute SkyTrain ride from Vancouver Airport to Vancouver City Centre, followed by a 4-5 minute walk. Alternatively, an Uber takes about 20 minutes. It's also excellent for exploring, with waterfront restaurants and shopping just a 5-10 minute walk away. The building itself has an older charm and is on the smaller side. Its heavy entrance door is always manned by a doorman. While the intersection immediately next to the hotel didn't feel particularly safe, the hotel's security measures appeared very solid, which was reassuring. Despite having only one elevator, we didn't experience any inconvenience. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as were the bathroom facilities. L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch, though we were disappointed by the absence of a refrigerator. A minor concern was the lack of sheer curtains on the windows, which raised slight privacy worries from surrounding buildings. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also boasts an attached steakhouse and bakery. For breakfast, guests can choose from three menu options, served in the underground restaurant.

It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location. 2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. 3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water. 4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it. 5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

LLAdukailiGreat location, just a 9-minute walk from Canada Place where the cruise ships dock. The north-facing rooms offer a peek of the ocean, while other directions have city views. The hotel is right above Burrard Station on the Expo Line, making it super convenient to get anywhere, especially the airport, with no traffic! Absolutely unbeatable!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel decor is a bit dated, but it's quite comfortable. The bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, silky and smooth! The gym, outdoor sauna, and outdoor heated pool are on the 4th floor, all with city views. It was a good experience!👍🏻

GGuest UserI parked the car In an indoor car park as advised by the hotel reception and want to pay the car park fee when check in. However, the reception asked me to pay the car park fee at the machine. The next day when I drive the car out after I pay the car park fee. I found two penalty ticket charging me 160 Canadian dollar. The hotel tell me that the car park is completely independent from the hotel and they can do nothing.
