The second floor has a big bedroom with a queen size bed, an entry closet, and a bathroom as well. The washing machine and dryer are available for use. All bedding and towels are cleaned after check out. There’s a private parking lot beside the house. 10-mins driving to Downtown, UBC, Granville Island. 10-mins walking to grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, and bus station too. 20-mins driving to YVR Airport and Richmond.
