"Excellent spot for a layover! I booked for one night, checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM. The staff were very kind, everything was clean, and the bedding was fresh. They even offered me a large bath towel completely free of charge! There's a separate shower and restroom for women. The kitchen is large and convenient. I highly recommend it! It's a great location, right in the city center. The bus stop is right by the road. I got here from the airport on the 201 bus for 300 local currency in just 25 minutes! Fantastic! There are banks and ASA stores nearby."

"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."

"Excellent location and convenient infrastructure The hotel is located in the very center: all the sights, restaurants, and cafes are just a stone's throw away. Nearby is a wonderful park and pleasant streets, perfect for strolling at any time. Cons: No minibar or room service The hotel has everything you need, but there's no minibar, and you can't order cola, juice, or ice to your room. However, there's a cafe on the ground floor where you can buy all of these items. Plus, across the street is a small market with fresh fruit and berries. Don't hesitate to book a room without breakfast. It's best to skip the hotel breakfast and avoid overpaying. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants nearby serving incredibly delicious syrniki, scrambled eggs, and other dishes. The prices are very reasonable (one might even say cheap). The selection is so varied that it's overwhelming. Bottom line: excellent value for money The hotel is wonderful, the surroundings are beautiful. I definitely recommend taking this room - the price/quality ratio is 100 points!"

"Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight."

"Pros: good breakfasts, a swimming pool, and access to the water park. Cons: there's nothing around the hotel except the water park; no shops. You have to take a taxi to Yerevan city center. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the guys at the reception. We arrived in the morning, and they wouldn't check us in, even though our room was free and ready. They asked for double the room rate to check us in just four hours early, which we refused. After that, they allowed us to wait on a torn leather sofa in the hallway. My child and I, after an overnight flight, slept on this sofa with people walking past us. Some guests even brought us water because the hotel staff didn't offer any. They also didn't suggest we wait on a sun lounger by the pool, or leave our luggage at reception, nor did they offer us breakfast, even though we were willing to pay for it. After several hours of waiting in the hallway, we were checked into room 112, which was in terrible condition (peeling paint on the walls, dirt, torn sheets). After I said that the room was unfit for habitation, they suggested we go to another hotel. I have never encountered such an attitude in any country, and I've visited many. Two hours later, a woman came and offered to move us to the adjacent room, which was in normal condition, meaning those guys deliberately gave us a dilapidated room even though a perfectly fine one next door was available. The situation repeated itself on our check-out day. The guy at reception told us we couldn't relax on a sun lounger by the pool after checking out of our room; we had to leave the hotel immediately, regardless of the fact that our flight was in the evening and there's nothing near the hotel. My son and I stayed by the pool for a bit, after which I had to listen to this guy's complaints for a long time. Either the staff are untrained and lack any education in the hospitality industry, or this is the hotel owner's policy."

"The hotel is good and left a positive impression. Pros: 1. Responsive, very friendly staff, always willing to accommodate and help; 2. Delicious and fresh breakfasts; 3. Large outdoor swimming pool; 4. Close proximity to the city center, all the most interesting attractions are within walking distance; 5. Several parks surround the hotel (lots of greenery); 6. The hotel has a gym with basic equipment and free weights; 7. Bottled water is delivered to the room every day. Cons: 1. Very small room. 2. The room's windows overlooked the park, but there's a road passing by below the hotel, so it gets noisy when the windows are open. This means you can't sleep with the windows open. I recommend getting a room with windows facing the pool/courtyard, not the park."
