The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Great location for business and leisure with very good breakfast. A special thank you note for Mr. Rodrigo Ramalho, the reception manager, who had taken care of us in a very professional way. He helped us to solve a travel issue which the travel agency was not able to solve. We would really recommend you the Blue Tree Premium Paulista hotel and next time we will come back to São Paulo we will definitely stay here again.

O hotel está localizado num ponto estratégico para quem quer curtir são Paulo nos pontos centrais de compras..tudo muito fácil e prático..os quartos são bons, tem um pequeno closet para deixar tudo organizado .os banheiros grandes, limpos, muito bons..cafezinho e capuccino na máquina, recepcionadas simpáticos e uma lareira que nesses dias frios são perfeitos no hall.sempre que precisamos passar a noite em Sampa ficamos aqui..adoramos..

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com ótimo atendimento. Quarto amplo e pouco iluminado, banheiro é aberto, separado por box de vidro, se não for ficar em família é bem estranho. A cama é bem confortável, mas o travesseiro bem duro, até pedimos substituição na segunda noite mas fomos informados que eram padrão, e não havia outros. Café da manhã bem fitness eu gostei, mas meu esposo não curtiu muito por não ter muitas variedades (tinha uns mini bolinhos e eram industrializados apenas), mas na mesma rua tem a Bella Paulista então seu café pode ser salvo. Me hospedaria novamente mas levaria um travesseiro pois fiquei com dor no pescoço.

Outstanding hotel as always. Bar upstairs had some fantastic servers and unfortunately some very poor servers (one night I waited an hour at a table for someone to come back to get me another beer, and gave up / went to the bar directly). However in my experience that is unusual there. I do wish they had seats at the bar again - I miss that as a solo traveler. The best of all at this hotel is the concierge and front desk service. Truly world class and can get you in anywhere in the city and when you arrive, the other places treat you literallly as a VIP. AMAZING!!!

This review is a bit different because we stayed in a private owned room booked via airbnb and not in the regular hotels rooms. Nevertheless, our rental allowed access to all services and amenities except breakfast and room service. In practice, the whole experience felt exactly like a hotel stay. So the general impression of the Blue Tree is that it is a high scale, 4-star hotel that provides all the levels of service of its class, but compete by providing better rates. As a result, we felt that the experience is not quite of a Hilton but is acceptable. We had no problems with check in or service. Check in actually took a bit longer because of the lines - computer network was slow that day - but was fine. As I mentioned, we had all the services in our rental. Our rooms were cleaned daily, no issues on that. We also called the front desk to fix our room safe, and they came promptly, also no issues here. We had a car for a couple of days, and used the valet parking, which was fine, although once I had to go down with the attendant to the garage to identify the car. Just little things, none of them big deals. There is also a pool and a gym on the upper floor. Quite nice, frequently cleaned and well maintained. The best thing of the hotel is its location. It is right in front of the Morumbi Shopping Center (and also to the Sao Paulo Market Place), literally. Breakfast was not included, so it was very convenient to have the whole mall that close to the hotel. Speaking of breakfast, about a couple of meters from the hotel is a ”padaria” (a bakery) where you have a sit down and have breakfast with a lot of Brazilian favorites (you should definitely do that, have breakfast in a padaria). The location is not central, it is in the Southern part of Sao Paulo, but you have easier access (via Uber, usually) to some of the more trend and popular areas in the city, especially for restaurants and bars. And there is some trains that connects to the metro, so public transportation is also an option. All in all, we thought that the Blue Tree is a decent hotel that competes with other hotels on its classes with its rates. But for good rates, you may need to research a bit. I think it is worth staying if the price is right. Our stay was in August 2019.

Evite room near the lift, room no.it has good acoustic, so there was everything outside, in the rest , educated staff, clean and spacious room, we went in family and asked the cabin for our daughter, excellent experience! ..

The hotel is located in the centre of São Paulo with easy locomotion to any point of the city. The hotel is close to the negative points of a large city, and offers security and tranquility in the hotel's dependencies. Parking on the site. Breakfast with varieties and staff always requested. Surely a great hosting option.

I had several problems with my stay at the hotel, including a room invasion, and I have been hosting Mercure several times, but the latter surprised me.

#Praise#The cleanliness of the wall, the cleanliness of the public space, and the service are satisfactory; we live here during the exhibition, compared with the domestic? The hotel here is not cost-effective for breakfast. It is the same every day. We Asians can only eat eggs and milk. Others are not used to eating. There are many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant is not open every day, although Google Maps says it is open every day.  It is very close to the location of the exhibition hall, and then the room hygiene and the hotel staff service attitude can also be at the front desk, not everyone can speak English one or two will speak better English.
