來三亞想鬧中取靜，感受品質生活和貼心的服務，選雅詩閣就沒錯。我們是颱風天入住進來的，酒店的一切準備都有條不紊，包括防洪沙袋和門擋的木料，餐廳儲備豐富，房間打掃得乾淨，入住期間沒有蚊蟲，沒有壁虎，床品不潮，地板和傢俱也沒有發黴，泳池水質很好，救生員會定時清理落葉，餐廳的餐食新鮮好吃。管家小高的服務特別貼心，幫忙升級房間和定期詢問有沒有需要的東西，酒店的工作人員們都及時響應需求，並且解決問題，在此感謝保潔的阿姨和叔叔們，還有餐廳的工作人員。在酒店裡洗衣服、做飯都很方便，為了長者和小孩的安全，酒店甚至在房間的牆壁邊角貼了厚實的防護貼。以上這些誇讚的細節，都是我體驗了更好的酒店，但是發現並沒有比雅詩閣做得更好的地方，所以下次來三亞，我還會再來。

入住期間遇上了颱風“蝴蝶”，那一天無處可去，正好可以在酒店做飯，比較温馨。打掃房間的姐姐態度特別好，每次都笑臉相迎，微信管家也特別貼心，有求必應，很有耐心。餐廳的服務員有幾個感覺年齡挺小的，還比較生澀，待人接物能力還有待提高和培養。酒店俄羅斯遊客比較多，素質也是參差不齊，泳池躺椅數量少，有些俄羅斯人就表現得很自私。

第一次旅行選擇酒店公寓，都是看了好評來的。原來都是習慣住五星級酒店。雅詩閣地理位置在大東海，一居室海景套房安排在15樓，很正的海景，左邊是傲途格酒店，右邊是JW萬豪，海景先看到傲途格的無邊泳池，再看到大東海。這邊因為離市區近，生活比較便利，酒店公寓就是給人家的感覺，可以自己燒飯，也有洗衣機洗衣服，有煙火氣息，當然帶來的就是太生活了缺少了度假的靜謐感。雅詩閣一共有3棟，一棟帶餐廳，二棟帶健身房泳池，三棟帶小童樂園休息會客室，每棟都有特色。房間面積很大，哪哪都是海。茶葉包是斯里蘭卡的迪爾瑪，洗護用品是澳大利亞的阿佩利斯，跟傲途格同牌子不同系列。酒店自帶的卡比特小鎮適合拍照。早餐品種雖然不多，但是偏中式有熱菜，適合中國人的胃。浴缸有提供一次性泡澡袋跟浴鹽。特別感謝管家小高對我入住期間無微不至的照顧，幫忙拿外賣，還幫忙延遲到下午兩點退房。因為出來時間比較久行李多，還幫忙手推車把行李送到對面的君吉酒店大堂，非常感謝。已經決定下次回來長住了。酒店衞生清潔也很到位。反倒是餐廳服務人員要加強，看到客人不會主動打招呼，還看到客人餐具掉了當沒看到，早餐飲品很少了也不及時添加，就是機械化收餐盤，理解做牛馬都不開心，不要求微笑服務，至少跟客人打招呼是最起碼的禮貌。雅詩閣應該是很有活力的品牌，工作服我都好喜歡。但是工作人員給我感覺好像酒店不發工資一樣，前台辦入住也是冷冰冰的沒笑臉，空餘時間也是刷手機。個人感覺這個公寓唯一缺點就是陽台門不隔音，一到晚上酒吧，馬路車流聲很吵，睡眠淺的人困難，我都要戴一次性耳塞，差不多要持續到晚上十點多以後才會慢慢安靜下來，早睡的人比較困難了。但是總體來説，還是三亞性價比王，老客户也很多，適合長期居住，感覺像是在三亞買了房子。
