"We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was beautiful. The food selection was also very good. I stayed with my two daughters, and we really appreciated the many child-friendly services provided. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 6th anniversary, and we received a lovely gift, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks to staff member Xiaodongfang, who provided exceptional service. She was always quick to respond and helped us with great care and kindness for every question we had. Set against a lush forest backdrop with a serene lake to the side, the setting is unlike any other hotel on the shore. The combination of elevated sea views, pristine nature, and pure tranquility makes it truly unique. From the moment you arrive, the feeling is unmistakably fresh and luxurious. Everything is spotless – a true 10/10 for cleanliness and presentation. The facilities are outstanding: a stunning pool with panoramic sea views on the 3rd floor (a photographer’s dream), a dedicated children’s pool, a vibrant game center, and plenty of inviting spaces to relax. The lobby is an oasis of calm, with a gentle sea breeze and comfortable seating – perfect for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding. The beach is literally just a 2–3 minute stroll away, passing a few charming boutique shops along the way. Culinary experiences here are equally impressive. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and of very high quality. But it was the dinner buffet at the main restaurant that truly amazed me – refined, beautifully presented, and far exceeding my expectations. Honestly, it was at the level of the world’s top resorts. Lunch at the 2nd-floor family restaurant was also superb – fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Our room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with every convenience we could need. The concierge service was flawless, handling every request with ease. A heartfelt thank you to Abby and Nicole for their exceptional hospitality – their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism could rival even the finest 7-star hotels. This is more than just a hotel stay – it’s an experience. If you want luxury, beauty, and service beyond compare in Yalong Bay, this is the place."

"This was my first stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. From my high-floor room, the panoramic views of Phoenix Mountain were absolutely stunning. The room felt exceptionally roomy, complemented by an impressively large TV. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful and offers superb shopping convenience. Hailv Duty-Free City is a mere 100 meters away, and Grand Joy City is just 1km down the road. The hotel's prime location on Yingbin Road also makes transportation incredibly convenient."

"Facilities: The projector was fantastic; we could screen mirror from our phones or connect via Bluetooth for music, and the sound quality was excellent! Mood lighting was also provided. Overall, the facilities were decent. Cleanliness: The bedding was clean, although I brought my own disposable sheets. However, some chipped paint on the floor made it look a bit grubby. The sofa throw blanket had some stubborn stains that might not come out; it would be perfect if the owner replaced it! Ambiance: Absolutely stunning! Words can't do it justice – just take a look at the videos and photos below! Service: We arrived at the guesthouse close to 1 AM. The owner helped us arrange an airport pickup and personally checked us in! So thoughtful."

"The villa I lived in this time was great! In the Coconut Dream Corridor, close to the sea and convenient for life. The room was clean and well laid out. The landlord’s brother is enthusiastic and makes people feel like they are at home. Not far from the scenic spot, it is convenient to go out. There is a free kitchen, you can cook your own food, and you are comfortable. I still live here later, comfortable and happy."

The swimming pool is in a small courtyard with a very nice feeling. You can watch movies and listen to music while swimming. The owner also opened a membership. The room was cleaned very cleanly.
