Docklands Apart-Hotel Reviews

We arrived with our family and stayed four nights in a three-person apartment (a double bed and a fold-out sofa in a separate kitchen-living room). The aparthotel essentially consists of two buildings: one parallel to the Makarova Embankment (presumably the rooms with a view of the Neva) and one at an angle (where we stayed). The second building doesn't have such a spectacular view (the bridge exit, garages in the distance, and houses), but we liked it: the same beautiful sunsets, wildflowers, and pine trees outside the windows. What we liked: 1) The staff. We arrived in the evening, around nine. Thanks to the signs, we quickly figured out where the reception was, and we quickly got our keys. Towels were changed every day except the last day (for some reason, some were replaced and some were left behind; perhaps we folded them too carefully). Water was provided daily, one 0.33 bottle per guest, and the trash was taken out then. They snuck into the room like ninjas: not a single thing was moved, but the towels and water were in their places, and the trash disappeared :) 2. Furnishings. Loft-style, everything is well-appointed and beautiful. The small chips and cracks in the walls, in my opinion, only added a touch of loft to the ambiance. I've never encountered an aparthotel with impeccable repairs, but our room here was quite nice. 3. Cooking facilities. Seriously, everything I needed. Because of the therapeutic "table 5" diet, my daughter couldn't eat out, so she cooked at the hotel. The room had a 4-burner cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer. All were Bosch, which was surprising. They worked flawlessly. Cookware (from Ikea): a saucepan of about 2 liters with a lid, a small saucepan, and a frying pan (over 20 cm in diameter) with a lid. There's also a knife and cutting board, a set of cutlery and various ladles, cups, glasses, goblets, shot glasses, plates, and bowls (like a salad bowl). 4. Real laundry facilities. Zanussi washing machine (but no detergent or capsules; the staff says to ask for them) + a floor-standing drying rack for hanging clothes. There's also an ironing board and iron. 5. Very quiet. You can't hear road noise unless you open the balcony, which is also a window. There were no sounds from neighboring rooms, even in different rooms of the same room with the doors closed. What I didn't like: 1) metal keys; 2) there were dishwasher tablets and dishwashing detergent in the room, but no sponge; 3) no scissors (kitchen scissors, as it's inconvenient to open food packages with a knife) or kitchen towels; 4) the shower is half-enclosed by glass, the threshold is low, and a lot of water leaked onto the floor. It's hard to judge whether the lack of mosquito nets on the windows was a good or bad thing. On the one hand, there was air conditioning, and they didn't block the view. On the other hand, not only mosquitoes but also huge flies, bees, and the like were flying outside, and the open window was simply an invitation for them. Now about the location. I'd rate it as "very good." The metro isn't easy to find—it's only for those in the know or using maps—but Primorskaya station is indeed a leisurely 20-minute walk through the courtyards. From there, you can take direct trains to Nevsky Prospekt (Gostiny Dvor metro station) and Moskovsky Train Station (Mayakovskaya metro station, a 15-minute walk). Trolleybus and bus stops are also nearby (about 10 minutes away), from which you can get to Universitetskaya Embankment, for example. In theory, you can walk there, too, in about an hour (we walked to the Spit of Vasilievsky Island). There's a Hyper Lenta in the neighboring building. There's plenty of choice if you need to cook in your apartment.

The apartment was great. The hotel photos on Ctrip matched the actual price. We compared Ctrip with a Russian booking app and found Ctrip to offer the best deal. The location is a bit out of the way, a bit far from the city center, but we drove there, so it wasn't inconvenient. A large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, making shopping convenient. Parking tickets are available at the entrance; there are limited spaces, but not many cars, so it's not a problem. The hotel is very large, with sofas and a play area for children in the downstairs courtyard. The front desk staff speaks English and is very friendly. Free laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided. Upon check-out, you simply hand over your key and have it confirmed by the front desk. Check-in is free and you can pick it up upon check-out. The room was spacious, with a large foyer, good soundproofing, and all amenities, including a small refrigerator, microwave, and windows that open fully. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The induction cooktop was easy to use, with all the pots and dishes from IKEA. The shower had plenty of water and was excellent. There was a brochure with Chinese instructions for the hotel, the washing machine, and how to use the induction cooktop. 🅿️The parking fee is too expensive. We parked in at 14:09 on the 17th and drove out at 10:30 on the 19th. We scanned the code to pay, and the parking fee was 11,250 rubles. I confirmed the amount with the staff, and they said that was it. Ctrip previously said the parking fee was 182 yuan per day, which is a huge difference. You can also park on the road outside the hotel. If that doesn't work, you can park in the supermarket behind.

Before moving in, I read the reviews. I found some negative ones, but my intuition and soul still wanted to go to these apartments. I was delighted! Everything is as stated in the information and photos correspond to reality! And I am an esthete, style, beauty and cleanliness are important to me! Thank you 🙏🏻 and they also took into account a double bed, as I asked for when booking!

This is the most speechless hotel I have ever stayed in! The environment and sanitation facilities are all good! The hotel booked with friends, waiting for someone on the first floor of the hotel, actually asked for money to sit on the sofa!

Хорошое, чистые апартаменты. Расположение не очень удобное, но если вам по работе и нужен именно этот район то норм, вид на неву шикарный, в номере чисто, есть все что нужно. Ресторан заслуживает отдельного внимания, все очень вкусно

Лучшее, что видел за последнее время. Много путешествую, не только по России, есть с чем сравнить. Даже некоторые отели Китая с 5-ю звездами не дотягивают. Организаторам этого отеля большой респект! Продумано все до мелочей! Прекрасные номера со всеми удобствами и видом из окна. Без сомнений рекомендую!

При заселении номер был довольно грязным, в мусорном ведре валялся мусор, после наших претензий команда отеля извинилась, и подарила два бесплатных завтрака . Расположение не очень удачное, приходилось пользоваться такси . В целом по этой цене возможно не такой плохой отель 

Отличные апартаменты. Вид из окна. Все современное, новое. Невероятно удобно наличие стиральной машины. Рядом гипермаркет. Далековато от метро. Но самый неприятный минус-кровать из двух матрасов. Всю ночь приходилось цепляться за края,чтобы на скатываться в щель посередине кровати. Но в целом - очень хорошо

Отличные апартаменты

Апарт отель на Васильевском острове, со всеми вытекающими. Удобно для тех, кто на машине (вечером пройтись не получится). Услуги все есть, включая фитнес и ресторан центр на первом этаже. Удобная кровать и подушка, есть все средства гигиены. Чисто и аккуратно.

面朝大海，春暖花開，一次非常有意義的旅行

我們一家三口訂的是三人間，相當於二室一廳一衞，廚房和次卧在一起，是開方式廚房。 作為公寓式的酒店，房間配備的設施非常齊全： 可供做飯的電爐，全套廚具和餐具； 冰箱，洗衣機，洗碗機，燙衣板，晾衣服都有， 主卧還有一個較大雜物間可以放行李箱等雜物，這樣房間就顯得清爽整潔多了。 酒店附近就有一個大超市，買生活物資非常方便，我們一家住了八天，衹要有時間就開火自己做中餐，吃的很舒服。 距離800米遠就是電車11路，12路始發站，可以直接坐到冬宮下車，交通也方便，衹是時間稍長，估計50分鐘。 距離1200米左右就是5號線地鐵站，不過聖彼得堡地鐵網不夠密，不太方便，我們都是以公交電車為主。 特別提出的時間地鐵站旁邊的一個超市裡有俄羅斯🇷🇺天然氣銀行的ATM機，可以用銀聯卡取盧布哦！！！

在一個新小區裏，環境很好，酒店式公寓。如果臨河的房間沒有滿房一定要定臨河的，完全不需要去遊船。樓層房務妹妹和前台都很好。旁邊就有一家聖彼得堡最大的24小時超市，半夜結賬的一個白短髮大姨特別親切笑眯眯的態度超級好！！！小區裏面有咖啡店和餐廳甚至還有理髮店
