Great view and pool very comfortable rooms for sure I would go down to it again

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was huge. We had breakfast in the 5 star hotel Regency Palace section. The service was also good.

The refrigerator is broken, the TV has only 5 channels and it does not work clearly, the air conditioning is old and does not work well, the extractor in the bathroom does not work at all times, and I did not find some of my money. The hotel is bad.

The hotel room is large, next to a five-star hotel of the same brand. Breakfast is served at the five-star Positive Hotel, which is mainly used by tour groups. The breakfast is good, the room is clean and well-maintained. It is not facing the street and is very quiet. Recommended

Die Leute im Hotel sehr nett und sehr freundlich, aber die Zimmern waren nicht Sauber, als B.s Teppich im Zimmer waren sehr dreckig als ob man die nie Sauber gemacht hat (original Farbe Rott, aber durch dreck war nicht mehr Rott). Die Ausstattung (Wasserhähne) im Badezimmer waren weiß ( kalk beschichtet), dadurch man kann das Wasser schwer einstellen (warm/kalt). Frühstück war für 12,5€ (10 Dinar) offne Buffet und es war in Ordnung, aber Mittagessen war nicht meins, gefällt mir nicht so gut. Mein Erlebnis war nicht so toll, für was ich bezahlt habe, hätte ich wo anders bessere Zimmern bekommen. Ich habe leider keine Bilder.

Nice, Cozy, Clean 4* hotel with access to facilities from the 5* connected hotel. Good and calm location. The room was big and clean. The Breakfast was good and has many choices. Reception staff were so kind and polite, they gave us free early check in and late check out without asking them! Price is good. What we didn't like is that the pool closes at 18:00 and that's why we couldn't use it

I know this hotel may need an update, but to us, it was just perfect. The rooms are huge. We had 324 at the back, so we were away from the traffic noise at the front, but the bin wagon woke us of a night. The breakfast choice is huge with every taste catered for. The staff throughout the hotel are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is joined to The Regency so you can use all their facilities. The rooftop pool was just amazing, plus it had a 360° view around the city. Trader Vic's is also on site, which is a must try. Drinks can be expensive, but that is normal throughout Amman. There is also an indoor pool and gym that looked well equipped. All in all, we loved the hotel, and although a lot of the attractions are a good walk, up to an hour away, which we did. we found the area perfect for us. There is a hotel based taxi service as well, which we did use as well as other companies.

Very spacious room, access to facilities from the 5* hotels included (as they’re connected), and extremely helpful and kind staff. Speak to Tayseer, he is very knowledgeable and kind :). He helped making my trip amazing.

Stayed at Grand palace hotel for two nights...the bed was very comfortable ..the breakfast was amazing ..the reception was polite and helpful...the view from the gym is great..... The WiFi also good. I will stay again . I liked the service and the cleaness.
