Amazing and beautiful place. The hotel receptionist were very helpful and made the check in and out process very smooth. A bonus that one of them is very pretty. Highly recommended this hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t good and the lady helping us take the cold tea was so rude , insisted on drinking cold tea ! The receptionist wasn’t very organized . Do something to make it better please !

How would you rate a hotel who turn off AC to save electricity and they don’t even want to accept they have turned off. Management will simply lie about it.
Plz charge me extra but don’t turn off Air Conditioner.. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants AC.. it’s like fancy outside but their AC system is very old doesn’t work.. need to upgrade.. I thought I paid for 3 star hotel but a hotel which cannot afford to pay electric bill is a negative star.. and lieing to guest is super negative.. air conditioning is necessity. How far will management go to cut electricity cost stop elevator? Turn of light and use candles or flashlight ? I am surprised how non of the reviews have mentioned this issue with the hotel.. this shows all reviews are biased.. plz increase ur tariff if you cannot afford to pay electric bills.. i am never staying again..

Well located for Indian travelers as it is close to the Indian restaurants but the hotel has now become old although some rooms have been renovated but some are still the same old ones so if you are lucky to get the new renovated rooms then your stay experience should be good but if you get the old ones then your experience will be nothing but average.also found a cockroach in my room on the day when I was suppose to leave which means that they need to work on their cleanliness.

The hotel is very old. The furniture has severe scratches, the tiles are broken, very old electrical appliances and sockets in the room. The hotel requires immediate renovation and refurbishment.

Rooms need to be renovated and breakfast needs to have more variety. Staff at front desk do not understand english and hard time to make them understand for every matter

Hotel location is very good .very near to most of textile supers . So it’s really very convince. Also restaurants are also very near by . Only problem is is staff still cannot speak English as per expected. Do it’s difficult to understand.
