"When I booked, there was only a smoking room available, so I added a special request to see if I could switch to a non-smoking room. But when I checked in, I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms for the next day. I had to make do with it. Because I was going to the University of Zoology, I chose to stay in Hashimoto, which was the nearest station, and it was only one JR station away. It was really basic facilities. Fortunately, it was clean. The breakfast options were also basic. In fact, choosing to stay in Hachioji was also convenient."

"A great find for my New Years stay. Perfect location for both accessing Yokohama and central Tokyo, although the latter does take around 1hr to get to. But also a great place to access the nearby Mt Takao, Mt Jinba and the ridge trail along there. So, if you’re looking for a nice spot with access to the city and hiking opportunities, this will do the trick. Also, I’d like to not how amazing the staff were. Attentive and friendly. Plus, the food they prepared each morning—a part of the accommodation deal—was amazing! I’d highly recommend the Toyoko Inn."

"Close to the station of Xiangmoyuan Station on the Yokohama Line, you can see the Toyoko landmarks when you leave the station/eye. They are clean and tidy, and there are daily necessities. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is completely enough."

"It was Saturday and I checked in around 9pm, so the 15 parking spaces were full, and I was directed to a nearby multi-storey car park. I walked for 2-3 minutes with my luggage, but it seemed they were affiliated with the hotel, and when I took my parking ticket to the front desk, they operated the parking lot for free 24 hours. They politely said, ”Sorry for the trouble,” and my feelings of regret that the private parking lot was available were quickly put to rest. The room was small, but there was no problem at all for an overnight stay. I stayed in a room on the 11th floor, but the window was a push-out type, so I could only see about one-third of the view, which was a shame, but it can't be helped due to the structure. I took a picture by putting my hand out of the window with my cell phone. The shower was also comfortable to use. Although it was installed in the room, I had to take my favorite amenities from the front desk. Welcome drinks were also available at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable, and although they only had a semi-double plan and check-out was at 12 o'clock, I ended up falling asleep twice and three times, and it was very comfortable. The free breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:00, and consisted of four kinds of Danish pastries and soft French bread, which was very delicious and all-you-can-eat. There was a soup bar, a drink bar, coffee, tea, corn flakes, milk, jam, and margarine. When I called to confirm before selecting the hotel, I was told that ”it's not really something that can be called breakfast,” but I was very satisfied and impressed, and would like to use it again. Although there was no fruit or salad, I felt the wonderful spirit of hospitality in this era when everything is rising in price, and I was grateful. The staff were also kind and it was a pleasant hotel ⭕️"

"It was very good. It is close to the station, and restaurants, convenience stores, Don Quijote, and shopping malls are also nearby, so everything is within walking distance. The large public bath is switched between men and women at different times, but there is also a sauna, so I was very satisfied. Due to circumstances, I had to go in and out many times in the middle of the night, but the woman at the night front desk was always happy to greet me with a smile and no complaints. I would like to use it again if I stay in the Hashimoto area. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no mirror in the room."

"The hotel is nice and clean, it is small but still comfortable. If you drive you will likely have to park in their other lot that is about a 5 minute walk away, it's free parking though so it's nice. You can watch Netflix on the TV and the customer service at this hotel Wonderful!"

"I thought it was a business hotel, so it was a beautiful room except for it. The restaurant was also a buffet, but there was a healthy menu, and children (3rd grade) could eat it. It would have been better if white rice was delicious rice."
