"Everything went well except the alarm of the corridor set off at around 01.00 o'clock, we were frightened and stay awake until 3.00, the hotel is good but the mistake ruined everything since the only thing I asked is a good sleep.
Hope Radisson can put more efforts on maintenance to avoid this case from happening again in the future."

The room was misguided on the spot, and the hotel view was messed up in Luang.
I am requesting a difference refund through Trip.com with a downgraded room.

"It's right in front of Rouen station so you can get there without relying on Google maps.
The staff was very kind and the language that could correspond to the name was written, so I was very relieved.
The room felt very cute with the interior. I didn't think it was that small because I was not very big Asian, but I might feel that a big suitcase or a big one is a little small.
The bathroom was a little handmade, but I was not particularly dissatisfied with that because it was a very conscientious price compared to the hotel fee in Paris."

WWENKEThe hotel is very new, well decorated, simple and generous.
The location is very good, turn right when you go out and the square
There is a parking garage, but it is too narrow to drive in, and finally parked in a nearby parking lot is not expensive
The size of the room is ok, there is space to open the suitcase, and the bathroom is better decorated and updated
The front desk service attitude was much better when checking out the next day
The disadvantage is that a small piece of blood was found on a pillow, and hygiene needs to be improved.
It would be better if there is a conditioner

GGuest UserBeautiful, stylishly furnished hotel in the center with everything you need. The wall bed with sofa makes perfect use of the space. Perfect for a short city trip. Parking for 19 euros directly in the building. The breakfast was also delicious, even if the attentive staff were a little too punctual when it came to clearing away the breakfast.

GGuest User房間非常大，幾乎是套房大小，沙發床差不多也有1.5-1.8的寬度，睡的很好，房間提供直飲水龍頭，洗澡和廁所分離，很好很方便。酒店提供收費地下車庫，15歐24小時，需要問前台索要車庫進入密碼。酒店位置走到老城區景點約1公里多，步行約20分鐘，不算近但可以接受。附近有家樂福快捷和營業至凌晨1點的快餐店，非常方便。整體性價比出色！

The breakfast was amazing too! Way better than we expected, but don’t come too late for breakfast ( around 9 is good, we notice around 9:30 it’s peak so there’s waiting). But theres many choice, my favorite was the fresh orange juice and French toast!

GGuest UserWalking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.

GGuest UserHôtel extrêmement bruyant. Les portes claquent et les pas sont lourds dans les chambres !!!!! Les chambres donnent sur la rue à l'entrée ; il y a des camions de livraison le matin très tôt. C est extrêmement bruyant. Je suis extrêmement déçu.
