"I had an amazing stay at BRIGHT for three nights. The customer service was absolutely excellent—any issues or questions were resolved immediately via email, and the staff was incredibly responsive. If you send a photo of a problem, they address it straight away, which made the experience stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything you could need is provided, including cutlery, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, and even a lovely selection of teas, sugar, salt, milk, and coffee. As a thoughtful touch, they left a small candy gift on the bed along with fresh, great-smelling towels and bedding. The location is fantastic, with a train station right outside for easy transport. Parking is now subject to a fee, though we didn’t have to pay during our stay as they were still updating their policies.
