"We arrived at the hotel around 8 am and couldn't check in yet, but a staff member named Jimmy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We opted to use the spa for a shower and onsen bath, costing 10,000 won per person. After that, we were able to check in before noon, which was earlier than scheduled. Overall, the check-in process was excellent. On the first night, we left the room around noon and asked housekeeping to clean it as usual. When we returned late at night, the bathroom was tidy, but the bed hadn't been made – we don't know why. On the second night,we returned at23.00 there was only one towel in the bathroom. On the third night, we requested four bottles of water, leaving a note on the table before leaving, but only received two. The fourth and fifth nights were normal. We spoke with reception, and they said the housekeeping staff were overloaded and losing focus, and it wasn't just our room; several rooms were experiencing the same issue. We told them that a hotel of this caliber shouldn't be like this, but we didn't receive any compensation from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, new, convenient, close to the subway, and has a CU supermarket and a delicious bakery downstairs. The only thing we'd like to see improved is the service. We stayed for five nights in total."

"Boasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. "The pool water was so dirty, I got in and immediately got out. There were three college-aged guys in the room next to ours on the 13th floor who were yelling and jumping on the beds until 4:30 AM. The building was shaking! The soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good, but I'll chalk that up to bad luck with room assignments. I barely slept, constantly cursing in my mind. Plus, it took exactly an hour to get my car out of the parking garage. On the upside, the bedding was clean and the water, being from a hot spring, felt nice."

"This hotel is very nice and located in the heart of the city. Very easy to get around with public transportation and taxi/uber. Attached to the Lotte mall, so go die hard shoppers it’s perfect. Many resturants to choose from in vicinity. The Korean bar-b-que was excellent. We did go to several other restaurants and all are pretty good. We had one misfire at burger joint, Tiger Pub, that sold out of burgers? Strange? Gave hotel a couple of four stars. One was that we could not get a late dinner. 10pm every hotel kitchen was closed. Not even room service. And secondly, our room toilet which was otherwise very clean had embedded pee stains in the w/c tiles. Obviously porous tiles but nonetheless not pleasant to look at."

"This was the most satisfying accommodation I stayed at during my trip to Busan. The room was kept clean, and the ocean view directly from the balcony was truly impressive. Getting around was convenient as you could take the cable car right below the building, and the area was great for sightseeing with many great restaurants nearby. Gamcheon Culture Village was also close by, making the sightseeing route very convenient. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Busan!"

"Excellent location, just across a main road from Haeundae beach. It’s about a 10min stroll to Haeundae subway station. Check-in was generally smooth, the room which was initially assigned had a bad smell coming from the ensuite toilet, so we contacted the front desk, and was given a replacement room soon enough. There was a hiccup with the key card replacement. We couldn’t access the new floor on which our replacement room is located, so we could not bring our luggages directly to the new floor, and had to bring them down to the lobby again to resolve the key card issue, which was done quickly enough while we’re at the lobby. During our time of stay, the temperature outdoors was generally cooler in the single digits to low teens in degrees Celsius. The air-conditioning was not activated in the guest rooms, so the hotel was able to provide a standing electric fan for cooling. Front desk was responsive and courteous. Housekeeping service was efficient, friendly and warm. Perhaps the sofa and room chair can be better cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay."

"We paid extra for a high-floor room with a sea view. In the morning, when the curtains were opened, the sunlight was truly beautiful. At night, the city lights and the illuminated decorations on the beach were equally stunning. For first-time visitors to Haeundae, I highly recommend this accommodation. Right downstairs (at the elevator exit), there are two major convenience stores (CU and GS25). A few more steps lead you to a currency exchange, a Starbucks on the corner, and the Haeundae Night Market. The beach is just across the road. In the morning, a 15-20 minute walk along the beach will take you to Mipo Station, where you can find salt bread, the Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky Capsule), and the Haeundae Sky Luge. The location is incredibly convenient and not expensive. Just a note on check-in: you take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 6th floor for check-in. After that, the hotel will direct you to your room floor. Finally, a minor drawback: the soundproofing really needs improvement. Since it's in a busy area, we stayed for two nights and were startled awake by the sounds of cars downstairs just as we were falling asleep (and we were on the 21st floor!). However, overall, the price, transportation, and location are all very convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Busan. 🤍"

"In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification."

"I have a good weekend break. Clean and friendly front desk staff. Room golf equipment is also high-tech, so it's a good position, a good distance. Breakfast is neat and fresh. Consciousness Room Golf Taseok Basic 100 Ball-＞ Thank you so much for uploading 200 Ball ^ ^ There was a lot of shortage, so I added 100 balls (20,000 won) * 2 baskets. ㅋ I hope you can extend the Putting Line grass carpet during practice game ^.^ I'll visit again ~ ~"

"The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Haeundae Beach. Getting here is easy: just get off at the Haeundae Beach Entrance stop for the airport bus, walk straight, and it's right there on the opposite side of the road. The ground floor has a 7-Eleven, and if you go out the back door, you're right on Haeundae Walking Street, surrounded by restaurants. The location is excellent. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Haeundae subway station. The hotel itself is relatively new and very clean. The rooftop infinity pool is heated, which is a nice touch. There's also free self-service luggage storage on the third floor. Highly recommended!"
